Same here! I needed to use the website only for one picture, uploaded, paid the 1£ and downloaded. I haven't received the confirmation email and there was not indication of a subscription.

After two days, I've been charged £26 pounds. I contacted them via costumer support raising my complaint but they refuse to refund me. Avoid at any cost!

No mention of subscription anywhere and now been charged £26. Scam.

I have reported this through my channel of work and they will work on shutting this website down in the next 28 days due to so many similar issue

WARNING: Total scam! I signed up for a $1 trial, and when I tried to reset my password, their system wouldn’t even let me access my account. Then they hit me with a $35 charge I couldn’t avoid. Customer support was no help, and the quality of the service doesn’t make up for this shady practice. Avoid this company at all costs! I’ll have to call my bank to block them from charging me again.

Estafado. Me han cobrado 29 euros y ni recuerdo haberla usado ni haberme suscrito, ni siguiera tengo un correo notificándome nada. Ladrones y sin vergüenzas.

Made me refund and very good customer service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Same here paid the £1 and got my unblurred picture but couldn’t download it, checked with trustpilot and was shocked this is a scam. I emailed vecticon but they wouldn’t accept my cancellation request and instructed me to open my account. Contacted building society who were very helpful and blocked any future payments as £26 would be coming out 2 days later,and they then decided to change my account number and reissue new card. As a pensioner this is very frightening and will check any new companies I deal with in future.

Only wanted to try and unblur one photo, happy to pay £1 or whatever it was.

Not happy to then find a £26 charge on my card.

I emailed and complained and was given a refund, I made sure that I was unsubscribed only to find another charge a week or two later.

Absolute scam, avoid!

I googled vector converter, it took me directly to a page to upload the image, it shows you the better quality and underneath states £1 to download, I paid the £1 I made sure that it wasn't a subscription, no sub was mentioned as have had this before but the money has been taken from my bank. This time it was with my card so I saw a payment pending today to them for £26, I see I received an email after the download and right at the bottom in small lettering I was entering a subscription after 2 days.
No mention that it was a £1 trial, it stated download only never entering any subscription!

This time it was with my card so I saw a payment pending today to them for £26, I see I received an email after the download and right at the bottom in small lettering I was entering a subscription after 2 days.

How google allows these scam businesses to show I do not know!

This company is a complete SCAM. I vectorised an image which they stated would cost me £1. I paid and was happy with they sent the file over quickly. 3 months later I checked my bank account and saw a £26 charge for vecticon.co
I checked and saw they’d taken £26 a month for the last 3 months!

The bank won’t let me cancel the subscription.
I had to block the payments.

These THIEFS need reporting!

I urge everyone to avoid these SCAMMERS!

Dommage que l’on ne puisse donner 0/5. Lorsque tu achètes une image à 1$ ils écrivent en petits caractères que tu souscris à un abonnement à 42$ par mois et ils refusent de te rembourser.

Like the many reviews on this page, this company are a complete scam. I fell for the £1 charge and then was dumped with a £26 charge days later without any prior warning. I've tried emailing but they have basically stated that due to the pricing page (which is hidden away and you won't find unless you're on the right page) I accepted the subscription. This place is a completely joke and implore everyone not to go anywhere near it.

Ich dachte ich kaufe das bearbeitete Bild und habe festgestellt, dass mir die 2 Tage Testversion aufgedrängt wurde. Das Problem dabei, es geht automatisch in einem Abo über. Zudem hat man keine Möglichkeit das Abo zu Kündigen. Es gibt kein Menü oder Profileinstellungen, wie von dem Betreiber angegeben.

Vecticon.co is a complete scam. They use deceptive practices that make you think that you are only being charged for $1.00 to convert one file. They then charge you for a $35 per month fee after the hidden 2-day trial that they do not tell you about. They do not send any emails notifying you that they will be charging you either. I found out 2-months later that I was being charge for the $35 monthly subscription after looking at my bank statement. I contacted Vecticon.co customer service and they refused to refund me the 2-months of charges. Stay far away from this company as they use deceptive practicies to scam you out of your money!!!
