I liked the products displayed. However, when I checked my texts after I confirmed my purchase, I found you offered a 10% discount on my first purchase which I was too late to add. I hope this gets applied since I did contact you about it. Otherwise, everything was great.

Taking this crap and other complaints as well as site pictures to our State AG's Office. They have a great online fraud investigation team, I bought 5 things, good that I am. And the tracking all goes through European Union countries and massive time delayed.
Never buying again, not even asking for a b.s. refund. Just going to take it to our A.G.

Products are very cheap quality
Instead of a blue wolf knit sweater I was sent a cheap pullover black wolf hoodie. Needless to say my grandaughter was very disappointed for Christmas because it was nothing like the blue wolf sweater that she was looking forward to for her gift. Shame, on this company.

Do not get snookered by Vchics
Vchics is just out to take your money, sell you something that does not look or fit as described and then never help you to resolve the issue. They continue to make it sound like they are going to help, but they never do anything.
Your Reply today 12/23/2025 is the exact email address that has not handled my request about 10 times or more, how is that response supposed to help anyone.
Please do not get fooled by this response from Vchics, that support email is the same email address that keeps giving me the run around. If Vchics really wants to help a customer, then they got my email address again today when I once again try to get help. If they ever help me, I will update this review. I would give Negative 5 stars if I could.
They send you an incorrect or too small of an item, they tell you, you must spend your money to return the item, the item they sent that is not the correct size, then offer a discount to keep this item that will not work for you, but never even send a discount. I figured a discount would be my safest way to go since they refuse to send me the size I need. I get nothing from them, and never trust their sizing. Something way too small has no use to me.

The sweaters are actually sweatshirts with printed designs
VCHICS advertises the most amazing sweaters, sweater dresses, and dresses. The models are 100% AI which should've tipped me off, but the prices per item are not SHEIN prices, so I believed the clothes were as advertised. I ordered three articles, two sweater dresses and a sweater with (what appeared to be) embroidered Japanese cherry blossoms.
Fun fact: After placing my order, I received no order number or tracking information, so I emailed their customer service department. When I went to the website of the courier they provided and put in the tracking number, I got malware installed on my pc.
Let's get to the good part! These items arrived and WOW! They are ridiculous. Instead of being quality sweaters made from yarn, they are simply cheap sweatshirts made of mystery fabric (cotton? polyester? a blend?). On the VCHICS website, the first sweater dress looked like it had a strip of fur lining the bottom, but it's actually printed on. The second sweater dress looked like it had gemstones, but instead it's just a picture. IT'S SO WEIRD. On the "sweater," the cherry blossoms aren't embroidered either, and the sleeves are far too short.
There are no tags telling me how to care for these garments, what they're made of, or who made them.
I contacted VCHICS for a refund, and they asked me for pictures showing me what is wrong with the clothes. I sent pictures. They asked if I would consider a 10% off coupon instead. No. 15% off? No. 20% off?? NOOOO. They insist that the international shipping would simply cost too much, but these items came from Chino, California. As of right now, I am still in contact with them and demanding (politely) my money back. Will they offer 25% off? I don't want their cheap slop!
Please do not fall for VCHICS and their AI pictures. Learn from my mistake.

I ordered with high expectations but upon opening the package I was disappointed. The product was nothing like the picture in the catalog. It was a cheap printed product. And it didn’t fit. I have tried to contact them for a return address but the phone number never works. I have tried multiple times to reach their customer support email but it doesn’t seem to go anywhere. Just round and round. Would love a solution.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 dresses, that were beautiful on their website. When I finally got them, they are nothing like what the pictures show them to be. I immediately sent an email requesting info on a return and refund, that was December 1. Got a response on December 2 and was asked to send pictures of the dresses I received and explain what was wrong. I sent them the pictures I took of the dresses with their website pictures to show my dresses look NOTHING like what they advertised. Got another response on the 4th apologizing and was told their after-sales department would contact me within 5-7 days. Well I waited about 10 days and got no response. Sent another email on the 16th and still no response. Terrible company. Do not buy from them!!!
