Their return policy is a lie! They don’t follow through. They sold me a lie then, They refused to even start my return. I had a terrible experience with this retailer. For over a MONTH trying to get a return label or a refund in full, for the Garbage they sold me. I spent around $100+ none of the items were good quality or even looked like the picture. Nothing fit right. The items are poorly made not good quality at all. I immediately reached out to do a return after I received my items. All I got was a runaround and zero refund. Do not waste your time or money! Worst Customer Service/ retail ever! The most they were willing to do for me was try to give me only a 20% credit which is a joke for what I spent. They complained to me that it could take over a month for the return to ship back even though I waited that long for it to get to me.. avoid like the plague! They will take your money and you won’t get it back.

This company is a scam.
If you see a positive review on company, the person was likely paid to give it. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them. The product you receive from them is nothing as advertised. Everything is flat printed on poor quality polyester fabric. There is no embroidery or other fine details. They will not give you a refund, but will only offer a 20% discount on a future purchase. They state the cost to return the product to China is more than the value of the product you purchased, so they advise you to keep the crap. They make you jump through hoops and send pictures of what you received so "they can compare the products" and still deny the refund. They will try to stall you so you get past the refund date of your credit card. Horrible all the way around. They give an automated response to these bad reviews, asking you to contact the very people who refused you in the first place. I thought I had done enough research on this company. This is why I will not buy from China.

This company is a complete scam. What you get not only doesn't fit, but doesn't remotely look like the items on their website. When you request a return/refund they offer you a 10% refund and tell you to keep the items. Don't fall for it. When you refuse, they keep offering you a little more refund percentage every time you refuse. File a dispute through whatever method you paid for it. And include pictures! I took pictures and posted them side by side with their photos from their website. Anyone with eyes can see the rip off!

Negative 10 Stars-Biggest Disappointment Ever
If I could give negative stars for review, I would. This advertisement always popped up while looking at articles on my phone. I've always thought the dresses were so pretty. I loved how they flowed, it looked like appliques that were layered on the dress it, always just looks so feminine. So, I finally bought one. Took a while to get, and it was a biggest disappointment of my life for shopping online. I have photos, but it doesn't appear that I have an option to upload them. Then you could see what I actually got compared to what they advertise in the photo that I screenshot from their website. That would tell it all. When I received the dress, it was just a regular T-shirt with a terrible flat print on it. It was like somebody stamped it with terrible ink. There was no scalloped bottom, no lace overlays or sculpted sleeves; just a plain white t-shirt. Literally a t-shirt with stamped ink. It was horrific looking. Was truly the ugliest dress I'd ever seen in my life. Within 20 minutes it was bagged for the Goodwill. However, even if it was on sale at the Goodwill for 50 cents, I can't imagine somebody would buy it. I would never, never, never, ever purchase anything from this company. They take false advertising to the extreme because what you see is NOT what you get. Obviously, I am super mad about making this purchase. Piece of crap company. Since they're out of the country, they get away with it and laugh at everybody here in the USA that's purchasing their clothing. I guess they figured that a customer for the first time, is a customer for the last time and that is ok, because they would rather have hundreds of thousands of first customers not returning because they will make money,period. Despicable

Im fighting with them to get my refund since they sold out on the dress,i needed for my daughter. They have 10 different colors on this dress ,but yet they sold out on all colors and size.

SCAM Do not buy from VCHICS
SCAM. Do not order from VCHICS. Pure Bait and Switch. They show beautiful, whimsical clothes, claiming they are made of cotton or linen. After I ordered and paid, it took weeks to get a shipping dates, several weeks of hounding them, and finally, two garments out of three arrived. Both were printed cheap nylon with uneven seems, a zipper not properly attached and looked nothing like the photo. I sent numerous emails and they keep promising to refund my $$$, but it’s not happening.

This is a follow up from their response to my review....they responded with how they strive for satisfied customers and will need 5-7 days to investigate my so since their team is so thorough. I reiterated the only thing that will make me happy is a FULL REFUND, and return information. Please don't insult me with another discount for future purchases since why would I order again. After waiting over 2 weeks I reached out again, they responded by offering a 20% discount and told me since they're in China, returns are difficult and could take over month, which I found interesting since it took 10 days from the time they shipped the merchandise. I told them they had no honor and were giving honest Chinese companies a very bad name. I found my issues were handled the same as all the other negative reviews I've seen....

Crappy Customer Service
I placed an order, but attempted to cancel the order within 24 hours before my order even processed. They would not let me cancel my order and instead asked if I would accept 20% off my next purchase. I said no, that I would just like to cancel and get refunded. They waited a week until my order was processed and shipped before stating “we cannot refund you for a product that has already shipped.” I sent proof that I requested the refund a week before the product was even processed. This has been going on for over a month and they still will not refund me.

The design is just printed on and it’s not even the same or even close to being the design in the ads and I’ve been trying to get a refund or return these for two weeks now. Buyer Beware: Products Do Not Match Photos, horrible customer service
I would give a zero if that was an option.
I am extremely disappointed with my order. The items advertised and pictured on the website appeared to be beautifully embroidered clothing, which is why I purchased multiple pieces. However, when my order arrived many weeks later, the garments were made of a cheaply made material and featured screen-printed designs rather than actual embroidery and true knitting.
The quality was nowhere near what was represented. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to request a return, I was given nothing but a runaround. My emails have not been properly addressed, and I have yet to receive clear instructions or assistance for returning the items. Their website specifically says easy returns and refunds. NOT the case, I've been dealing with them for a few weeks now, since it takes them 3-4 days to respond.
I feel misled by the product descriptions and quite frustrated by the lack of customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

SCAM COPYCAT WEBSITE
Garbage. Worse than temu and 3 times the price!!! I would rather burn these then to send them back. I am blown away by the cheap material and blurry prints. You should be ASHAMED for stealing VICI's Legitimate designs!!!!!!!!!!!! Trash SCAMMERS. 2 dresses for 80 🤣🤣 i couldn't sell them for $5 a piece and i guarantee it costs less then that to make them.
