I never got my refund
I never got my refund. They stopped answering my requests. I got pieces of trash in place of the things they advertised. They refused to send me return address. Wanted to give me a coupon towards purchasing more junk from them. Temu has better customer service than these people. And I come to find they are going out of business and that's why they aren't giving refunds for the junk they sell. Expensive lesson for me. You buy from vchics, you're on your own. Not an honorable company and probably going out of business because of it. Beware.
4/10/26 Vchic response is the exact same response they give everyone who criticizes their business practices. Beware. None of this is true. No refunds. No satisfaction. No help. That's how much they think of their customers. They treat everyone like idiots. The fact is that no one has given them 5 star reviews as posted. They give themselves those reviews. I never gave them 5 stars, and yet there it was with my name on it. Most people give them bad reviews after receipt of the items because they aren't what you order and are terrible quality. Did I mention NO REFUNDS? Besides, I did hear they're going out of business anyway, rightly so. Good riddance to them.

I ordered 4 blouses and they were delivered today looking nothing like the photos on their website. The photos showed lovely blouses with intricate flowers and jewels sewed on to the blouses, and what arrived were printed blouses that look cheap and nothing like what was represented. Vchics is a total scam. Don't waste your money.

You can't even give these clothes away. One, the picture doesn't match the advertisement. The fabric feels like plastic. It is a non 3d printed image of what you see. It is flase advertisement. The refund is I have to pay for shipping it back to China. Total Scam.

Items purchased were not the same items…
Items purchased were not the same items I ordered but a lool alike of poor quality. The return process was supposed to be way to be easy and supported with a sipping label. The emails are answered requesting more information and pictures of the items received. The final email stated the it would be costly to ship to China so basically i should keep the items. (last email response). The items came from California so the items should be returned to California.

I wish I had seen this forum before ordering.
Total misrepresentation of their articles. I ordered a dress advertised as “floral embroidered” with 3D appliqué detailing. What I received was a completely different product.
The dress has no embroidery at all. The flowers are printed flat onto cheap synthetic fabric, not appliqué or textured as shown in the photos. The difference is not subtle — it’s a different construction entirely.
The listing also claims the fabric is 85% cotton, but the garment feels like thin polyester.
On top of that, the workmanship is poor:
loose threads throughout
uneven, unfinished seams
neckline badly constructed with visible, misaligned lining
This is not a case of “lower quality than expected” , it is a clear misrepresentation of the product.
If you’re expecting anything like the images shown on their website, you will not receive it.

I ordered a Tshirt in green but received one in dark gray with white stitching that was already coming loose. The size was ridiculously small. I have NEVER been so disappointed in an item that I've ordered. I contacted the seller and received a reply that their "warehouse" verified that there were no quality problems, and the color difference was due to screen display and shooting light. DO NOT buy from this company, you'll regret it.

Told it was too costly for me to return even though the return address was UK based??
Offered many discounts despite requesting return and refund. Told refund was in processing, 4 months later, no refund and now no responses either.

I'm very upset! These paper made dresses needs to be reported all over the internet. High price department store prices and you order it's not what you paid for. Terrible quality not representing images on website
They clearly use AI to generate beautiful detailed knitted garments and then send you cheap printed polyester that barely resembles what you ordered. The price is greatly higher than the horrible quality you receive. Do not expect to get what you see from their site. Not one item was as shown.
