Company has stole my money and is refusing to answer any of the 3 contact numbers they have to sort it out. Paid £214 for ecigs, was told there was a shipping error, then have been completely ignored via whatsapp, email and phone line for days on end.

They know exactly what they are doing, and are just stealing from money from customers, then have someone reply to this saying they will investigate when they dont.

For anyone else this is happening to, contact Lloyds banking and let them know the situation citing thei, and the financial ombudsman to report fraud.

Not helpful service at all,I ordered some stuff and paid and still after 10 days haven’t received.

I will never order again and not recommend anyone.

Easy ordering & quick delivery

Easy to order, sent a welcome message via WhatsApp and very quick to reply to my issue with delivery, it was sorted straight away and I received my order within 2 days,
The whole process was really good, quick and easy.

My order was 5 boxes short , bug despite numerous messages & emails saying they would send them out the haven't. Emails & messages are going unanswered. In over 20 years of being in business I have never had this problem with any other supplier. I would never buy from them again

Ordered a load of vapes and they never sent them, it’s been 2 months and I’ve had very little help, I’ve messaged their support, their WhatsApp and emailed them 10+ times, it’s a pisstake as they have my money and have not helped my get it back, it’s a shame as this website used to be rly good but I’m rly not happy about not receiving my money back

Sent the wrong flavour, contacted 2 different employees via what’s app for both to ignore me in the end. Rang contact number from website numerous times, no answer. Still u resolved and stuck with wrong flavour that I didn’t order and don’t like

so after coming back with a reply i was asked to submit my order with them to hopefully rectify my order, I submitted this through the webchat function on their website and again I've had no contact from their customer service department for going on a week now.
my order was wrong, you sent my something that I didn't ask for, you offered to rectify it but nothing has come of it, no contact, my order was 33674.

Always use Vapeeholesale deliverd fast and never had problems with product 5 star surplier

Worst experience I have had. Placed an order 18th July paying the extra for next day delivery and it’s still not been shipped over a week later. Still being prepared. Contacted support 4 times and still haven’t received a reply.
Not sure what has changed within this company to make the experience significantly worse. If I hadn’t had 3 other decent experiences with this company I would’ve rated lower.

I buy a lot of vapes in bulk and after my main supplier changed business and was no longer available i came across “vapewholesalesupplier”
Who have made my business run a lot smoother with next day delivery as promised & also they read the notes on your order and have always satisfied my requests. If your looking for a reliable supplier these are the people to go to.. ive placed multiple orders now each over £200 and they have never let me down thanks again 🙏

worst experience i order on 11 july and i pay £7 extra for next day delivery its 18 july now i still not received my order

Ordered some items by mistake after previously ordering multiple times without issue, arranged for a return and a refund/credit note and almost 2 weeks after sending the items back no refund or credit note and all calls and messages are just being ignored almost £360 out of pocket would not recommend ordering.
