They are a very good company from there…
They are a very good company from there customer service point of view but I have found several times that you place an order and they’re getting in touch with you saying the product is out of stock or it’s been dispatched when it hasn’t if they could sort this out they would be the best around Ayesha is the best person to deal with very helpful

Items missing/incorrect
This is the 4th Order I have had that is wrong. Missed off one box of 10 eliquids. Still waiting for 4 boxes of 10 eliquids to be sent from 24th April but keep getting told they are out of stock, yet I have just ordered some of them this time and they have come, however one box short 😭

Do not under any circumstance use this company. They lie, customer service is rubbish. Always say they have stock which they don’t . Then blame delivery firm when orders don’t arrive. If this isn’t bad enough I’m now struggling to get a refund. More excuses!!

Terrible costumer service
Cant seem to get in contact with them for a return and refund , they are quicker enough to take money but go ghost mode when you try to contact costumer services. I don't think I will be seeing my refund any time soon , avoid avoid !

Very poor company. I have ordered a few times. Always takes ages to come even though you pay for next day shipping. And always send wrong flavours and ten never answer phone. Stay away

Finally received order (20 days after ordering) and there are only 5 in a box when stated 10
Finally received my order after nearly 3 weeks, was relieved, however it said a box of 10 and there are only 5 in a box so the price was no cheaper than my usual supplier, I didn't get next day, like I do with my normal supplier and I had an order minimum which made the order over £200 only to receive what I could have gotten for £40 cheaper from my normal supplier, very disappointed. I know where I will be shopping next time.
