Det blir tyvärr bara 4 ⭐ men det är igentligen inte Vapesale24 som gjort felet utan transportören. Transportören tappade bort mitt paket men när jag kontaktade supporten så fick jag svar och hjälp på direkten genom att få en kupong på samma belopp som jag kunde handla för, det enda minuset va att jag fick betala frakt igen men det va inte hela världen eftersom att andra leveransen kom redan efter 5 arbetsdagar och jag va super nöjd med varorna jag fick

The shipping could be a lot better/faster. The delivery time is different from time to time, but it's out of their hands at that point. I lost package once because of the useless courier GLS

never got my package nor my money back. no reply on email after i told them i never got the email to pick it up. why would you not send the money back if you did not deliver the package????? I want my stuff this is not normal. I will never buy a damn thing from them!!!!

Made an order 16-7 3am, payed by bank wire and got shipped message same day at 12.30pm. Package arrived in the Netherlands 20-7. Totally satisfied with shipping and handling. Thanks guys, keep it up!

I recomend this shop. They have a great products and very frienly support. Always answer in time and kind. I had one bad disposable vape, but I can understand that they are not giving any warranty about them as they are get them from manufacturers, and can't check them. I will order again and wish them all the best and I shop again.

Did a relatively small order just to verify the service (~50e) before buying in bulk. I wired the money immediately with the reference ID of my order as requested. Without any intermediate communication my order was cancelled. The first reaction I received after chasing contact is that they are not fortune tellers, that’s it. If someone there took the time to READ, fortune telling wouldn’t have been necessary. There are not many place the reference ID can be put when wiring money… Nonetheless, after asking the right questions from my side (expect rude and short answers from vapesale), I got the purchase approved.

There are many sites you can buy from without chasing customer ‘service’ and dealing with unhelpful and rude remarks. I’d recommend other sites before trying this one. It’s a hit or miss.

EDIT (reaction on reaction): in my Google review I added the screenshot of the ID number after I paid for the products. Accountants should read, not fortune tell. Just look up my screenshot at Google and reviews from others and see whether this reply from vapesale24 makes sense in terms of ‘bad behaving customer’ (whatever that means)

After much consideration, I ended up ordering from this online store with a big risk. However, the risk proved futile. I ordered on 12.12 and the package was available for pickup on 20.12, so the package arrived quickly. the packaging was well packed and all the products arrived intact. I definitely recommend ordering from here.

Very quick to reply if you have any questions about your order or the delivery process. Everything arrived on time. So far, I can't say anything bad, but the best!

Made an order late Friday October 20. and just received it today the 1st of November. It was shipped October 23. So 8 working days shipping.
All is fine, and the customer service was kind and helpful.

I orderd a package, but I received a message where they told me that it was damaged during transport (this took almost 2weeks). Instead of resending the order, they tried to offer a voucher which did not cover the postage. Also this would have required for me to do order again, instead of them shipping replacement. I have never experienced this kind of customer service where vendor tries to put you to do them work.

I will try to put this as simply as I can. Given that there has happend something during shipping (package lost, damaged etc.).
Expected outcome is following: vendor notifies customer about the incident and sends another package without any extra trouble for customer.
Observer outcome: vendor tells that they are giving you a voucher to cover expenses (excl. Shipping) -> customer needs to do order again + plus pay extra for the shipping which voucher does not cover. So it cannot get more objective than this, this has nothing to do with hate or anything.

I had been a satisfied customer of this store for a while, but unfortunately, my last order was marred by several issues with the vapes (Killa Switch) I received:

1. Two vapes arrived without any e-liquid.
2. One vape had a battery issue; it wouldn't power on and was missing the bottom plastic cap, resulting in an empty e-liquid container.
3. Another vape couldn't be turned off and continued to burn throughout the night.
4. Several of the vapes ran out within 2-3 days, whereas typically, I could use one vape for a week.

I promptly raised some of these issues within the 14-day return window and, as they also fell under the 90-day manufacturer warranty, I expected a swift resolution. However, to my surprise, Vapesale24.store directed me to the warranty policy and explained that they do not offer replacements or coupons since they are not the manufacturers. This left me puzzled and frustrated.

They referred me to the Warranty Terms, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy, but despite their prompt response, the problems with the vapes remain unresolved. This experience has left me disappointed and unsure about the future of my patronage with their store.

This is a wonderful store with good prices and the best customer service in the world. I made a mistake in my order, the guys fixed it! I will buy from them constantly.

Total scam, I order my products and now they wont ship my order, also I have already provided proof of payment and also contacted them many times and now they wont answer me anymore, they only replied initially saying payment is pending while that's not true I provided them all the proofs of payment. Looks like its time for legal action against them and ban them from selling in Europe. I can provide proof of order and payment here if required
