Took some time to deliver, but I expected that. The order arrived and I was quite happy, I got exactly what I had ordered.
I started using the crystal disposables, but after using a few, I got the feeling the vapes are empty very quick.
When I bought them from my local store, I used one vape per weekend, now I need two minimum, even when not vaping that much.
Maybe it was just a bad batch I had and I am just unlucky, but keep this in mind.
For the rest: no problems! They helped me quickly when I asked, and yeah the delivery takes some time for me it was 1,5 weeks.

These people are incredibly cold. Be aware. It's downright a scam.

BE AWARE, you can wait at least 3 weeks. Like stated on their website it could take 7 to 10 WORKING days.

Please AVOID at all costs. They use GLS and they sent me 1 vape, missing 12 others.
When I told them my package didn't arrive complete, they went and got the delivery "proof" saying they dropped it off. Yea they dropped a package (sealed), with 12 out of 13 missing. So GLS didn't take any. They just failed, and customer service don't give. damn.
If you want your stuff done properly, order from another website.

I have an order placed on Tuesday, 01.07 and the site seems to be unavailable for the last two days.
Is there any way i can contact the shop to see any updates on the order?
L.E: got the order finally on 10.07 but the site is still not working, no way to communicate with the seller for a status update. The site is still down

Viel bestellt, alles reibungslos, schnell verschickt. hier werde ich wieder bestellen! bin zufolge Trustpilot auf diese Seite gekommen da sonst die meisten ähnlichen Seiten sehr schlechte Bewertungen haben. hier kann ich endlich sorgenlos bestellen.

I think this is a one man band store. Maybe a couple of people run it.. Items were shipped after 4 working days because someone was on holiday. The most frustrating part is their courier partner, GLS who don't like to keep you updated. Parcel passed on the gls, 4 days later, it's still in Croatia. Contact customer service and they copy and paste with extensive use of (!!!). Anyway, ordered my stuff on 13th of this month, it's the 23rd today and all I know is that it's in Croatia still. Customer service quite planely said that package was given to courier and now they don't care cos 'we did our job, why don't you clearly read the website before ordering'. After handing over to courier on 16th, it's only just reached Hungary today the 23rd. Someone's delivering on their bike maybe.
Just rude and given this attitude, I'm certain they would not help if there was a problem with my order. Takes far too long to have it delivered anyway.

They hide behind this 'its not us, it's the courier' excuse. Well, as a business, it's your liability for bad shipping performance, it's your reputation on the line, not the couriers. You are responsible for your reputation because you don't sell your own brand products, you resell other companies and then it is all about the delivery and service.

Would not buy from them again. Just takes too long and without status updates. Makes one antsy! Hire a new courier company, gls isn't great.

Once I got my products, everything was in order. But guys, change gls and your attitude

Second of all everyhting went perfect, I panicked at first since i saw that they dont ship in my country, but they ended up doing it. Ordered 4x100ml E-juices that arrived in perfect condition, order made on 20th february.

I will definently make this shop my go to, fair prices and fast delivery.

I just have a question. How long does it take for them to deliver? I certainly don't hate this company but the reviews scare me. I have first class how long does the delivery take? I ordered 6/02.

Good prices, but rude customer support. When package arrived leaking (not the first time), I wrote them about the problem, and instead of normal appologies I received answer that it is carrier fault and also got rude advice to go shop to another store. There were no provocations from my side, just in case I still have screenshots with all the conversation.

I want to know the difference between vapesale24.com and vapesale24.store . They sell different vapes for different prices with different stock. But are they both safe?

Good store always comes in and I like most of the flavours and brands they have. Personally never had any problems and would recommend!

Extremely disappointed with my last order from this store. I placed an order on 2024-11-06, today it is already 2024-11-20 and I still haven’t received my order. I can’t even get a clear answer when I can receive my order.
As the store assures, they sent my order, I received a notification from the transport company Pcketa, but during the delivery process something went wrong with my parcel and it was not transferred to DHL as it usually happened with previous orders, and the status changed to returned to the sender.
I contacted the live chat on the site, described the situation, and sent screenshots. But I get two answers to everything. It's your fault you didn't pick up the parcel or we will contact the delivery service.
The store wants to make the client to blame for the logistics problem on the part of the store or transport company
