I ordered Sunday on next day still not been dispatched by 8pm Tuesday evening?

Having been a smoker for nearly 50 years…I’ve decided to give vaping a go and the guys (or girls) @ Vapes-Bars are so very helpful…I messed up the order…I placed the order in the wee small hours then sent an email to tell them and they went far beyond what they should have done to accommodate me…I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family…thank you once again

Ups marked it as handed to me personally while I was at work 8 miles from my home. After contacting ups who asked me to go directly to the company I raised a query with the company. First response was very positive, the reply promised they would look into it and get back to me, when I checked what was happening a week later I was fobbed off with a slightly less enthusiastic version of the first email, I asked for my query to be escalated to a manager as a complaint......

14 days ago.........and I'm still waiting for any sign of life from the company.

Very bad customer service. Will not use again.

Good value place to go for vapes, I had a bit of a delivery misunderstanding with UPS but Sofia from Vapes Bars sorted it all out for me, great after care, if you have any problem they are with you all the way until you're happy. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Ghost smart vape, next day delivery... Over a week later and some crappy vape arrives. Not impressed at all. Refund or send the item I paid for please....

The customer service is exceptional! My email was responded to very quickly, I felt I had been listened to and my query was answered and resolved immediately.

Bought a few vapes from a shop which didn't work emailed the company who sent replacements, however one was broken so emailed again and no questions they sent a new replacement. Shopping was fast and very quick with solutions. Can't complain at them to be honest.

Easy to find what you need website, received good support for confirmation of order and delivery estimate by email request.
Ordered Sunday and received on Tuesday via UPS.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and to this day I still haven't received a track and trace and they don't answer my emails either

Great flavour and good deals. Friendly staff happy to help out where they can if your new to vaping. It took me ages to quit smoking and I thought I'd never be able to replace it with vaping. They helped me find a vape that suited me and haven't looked back since.

There was an issue with my order, and the customer service team worked to ensure that the mistake was rectified. Very good service.

Faulty products, cheap, nasty and do not last. Flavours and/or battery run out far too quickly - so youre left with a vape full of battery but no liquid left, or vice versa.

I've tried to complain about this and havent heard back from the CS email address - makes me think this company is a scam.

I'd only buy from a more reputable brand - or one that values its customers and their products a WHOLE lot more than these sharks do.

It says 3500 puffs. I bought a vape 2 days ago and it is already empty.. no way they last for 3500 puffs.

Just a wow vape ;) I can say it is the best vape i have tried ever. Whatever the flavour is they are all epic .

Hi i bought Ghost 3500 puffs it didnt last me 24hrs.

it goes dead than starts working.

I have bought others that hasn't done this

I bought 2 bars 3500 ghost pro, one last only one day, it says 3500 puffs but it didn’t last for 500 and the other one didn’t even last for 10 puffs. Looks empty inside.

I think I’m scamed.

I have ordered vapes and already paid. It's been 2 months now and the delivery still hasn't arrived and my emails haven't been answered either
