I ordered from this company but got a phone call to say my items were out of stock and that the manufacturer had stopped production of the item, the girl who phoned me explained and was very professional, she asked if there was anything else I would like in its stead, I said id like a refund please, it was in my bank tje very next day, absolutely superb service from a company id never used before but I would highly recommend, brilliant service fais do's!

Always excellent service and great range of products

All good as described

I have used vape on line store for about 2 years now always had a excellent service from them and when I made a mistake and list my points I just emailed them and they where straight back in my account.

Reliable, good price, fast and efficient as always

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for fast delivery 1-2 business days, I ordered on Monday and it's now Friday and still no sign of it, no estimated delivery date i had to spend another £50 yesterday and ordered elsewhere and got my parcel this afternoon, other sites actually fulfill they're guarantee of next day delivery.. Vape online store- never again

Always deliver very quickly, any issues I always get a call, great customer service.

Great service quick delivery and always happy with products

I'm not happy at all I order something and you send me what you want 😩🤦‍♂️

Excellent choice of products... received within days... BRILLIANT

As always a great company to order my VNSN quake 10000 , always receive a WhatsApp, email and normal message to say the order has been placed, then repeated when dispatched, the next day delivery is great, tracking facility with Royal Mail.. and always on time..
My preference of vapes over the years are the VNSN 10000 , nice assortment of flavours and long lasting once charged.. thank you vape online store for your continued service

Quick delivery and realy good liquid

This company is brilliant. I can't fault them, delivery is always super fast too. Thank you guys, keep up the fantastic work 👏 👍

Delivery was great very easy to place order

Excellent service
Fast delivery, great products

I ordered aspire K1 tanks as they have reasonable price on them.. unfortunately they are fake as well as the coils. I also ordered a mod but they didn't have it in stock so the delivery was delayed and they had different colour than the one I ordered. I wasn't bothered much about the delay or different colour but fake stuff is really bad. I am not going to buy there again and I don't recommend. The communication about delivery and delay was good.

I have ordered K1 aspire tanks cos they had a reasonable price on them, unfortunately this are fake, as well as the coils I bought. Additionally, I ordered a mod but they didn't have it in stock cos delivery was late, the colour I picked wasn't available so I agreed to take different colour. I wasn't really bothered about the delay or different colour that much but the fake stuff I really don't like. Communication on delivery and delay was good but I am not going to buy there again and I don't recommend the shop.
