Very bad experience break our promises mention in website is different when I recieved a vape bou pro they fool me scammed with me please no one buy tapes from vapefirm they are frauds Because those who call the vape nicotine percent are not selling it. They send something else in its place. Never take anything from them. This is a fraud, they absolutely lie, write something on the site and send something else.

I explained very thoroughly on email and i have been very crystal clear about Bou Pro 7000.
Has a click system at the bottom of the mod.
S = Small Puffs = 2%
L = Large Puffs = 5%
I sent you images of this from the manufacture website.
I reached out via email requesting any help and offered you discount for '2 MONTHS' as its Christmas and were in good spirit.
Im absolutely fuming that you trying to tarnish our brand image for no reason what so ever, your really unjust as an individual.
I have and still trying to amend and rectify the problem... Please if your that offended and were a fraud. WHY HAVENT YOU REQUESTED A REFUND FROM ME...... its been 10 DAYS.
Im willing to refund the whole amount and if you have opened 1 unit out of the ten i will give you FULL REFUND.

Amazing service. I had a call from the supplier as one of the flavours was out of stock. I was sent the vapes, arrived within 3 days. Also, given a discount code for my next order.
