Mister Vape Anmeldelser 

Ordered on Friday the 25th of September, order said delivery within 3 working days, which would have made it Thursday the 1st of October, no delivery of dispatch confirmation.

Emailed them on the 8th of October to chase, and never received any reply.

Used their online contact us form on the 13th, and still haven't received any response from them what so ever.

Currently out of pocket for £35 and can't get any response from the company what so ever. Now means if I re-order anywhere else, I'll be hit with the vape tax!

Avoid this company.

Right I made an order on 23rd September with Mister vape and we are now September 30th no parcel I've sent 3 emails with no replies looks like there taking orders creating labels with evri and not sending them out it's bang on out of order spoke to a few people with the exact problem just a bit funny when vape tax hits at midnight

I ordered several items, Nicotine base and VG etc £95.96 total. Owner gave me a royal mail tracking number but it just said they hadn't received it yet. I spoke to owner and he said he would resend them. He did but left out 1 item which was 5 Litre Vegetable Glycerine (VG) by DarkStar price £19.99. I emailed him several times about this but he repeatedly ignored my mail. I have used this site quite a lot in the past but I will never use it again and I recommend you stay clear if you're reading this and thinking of using them. Absolutely disgusting thief.

Placed an order which was never received. Attempted to contact them by email and received no response. The bank had to refund me as Mistervape just took the money and ignored me. As my first order and will never use again.

Excellent service. A slight issue with delivery was resolved amicably and politely without too much fuss.

Easy to order and fast delivery

Very poor service. They sent only part of the order and provided no information on why the other item, which their website claimed was in stock, was missing. Will never order from these people again. I wrote to their customer service complaining but received no reply. I would urge all prospective customers to AVOID ordering from this firm.

Nothing received

Had a bit of an issue with delivery & initial response to emails, but Jay in customer services has been a star - Evri lost my parcel, proof of which was attached in the email so it was not an excuse. Jay is re-sending order. Happy Vaper!

I have placed a order with mr vape, and no body is resolving this issue for 3 batteries which I placed a order for last week, they were requesting verification and nothing has been sent, and nobody is resolving the issue, now I have requested my money back ,as they have not sent the order! And nobody is resolving body is getting back to me!
