These sunglasses are very cheap of extremely low quality. Worth is maybe one tenth of the price. It is a borderline scam, considering they marketing this as "high end". The case that the glasses came with are of a better quality, but glasses themselves are very cheap, plastic fantastic, cheaply produced.

Superfast turnaround, lovely email communication and wonderful glasses.

Got the ski aviator glasses for my husband with fast delivery and they arrived perfectly in time. Greta quality and style.

Habe bereits eine Moto Aviators und eine Surf Aviators. Beides sind tolle Sonnenbrillen mit sehr guten Gläsern die ich gerne trage. Das werden sicher nicht meine letzen Brillen von Vallon sein. Empfehlenswert!

I ordered the Howlin Dark tortoise. Overall, I really like the glasses, they fit very well and the lens are great. Easy to adjust them as well as per their instruction on the website.

The only remark I have is that I couldn’t find any information about how the glasses will be delivered and with which accessories which made me decide to order the extra case in charcoal. But when I received the sunglasses case in cognac was already included. I wanted to return the case, but it looks like that I will need to pay the shipping costs because the value of the item is under €50. I found it to be pity if I knew that would be delivered with a case I would’ve not ordered the extra.
It also come with a band for the head which also is not mention anywhere on the website which made me order the extra sport band, which apparently I didn’t need either.

But overall, the glasses are great. I really like them.

Changed to a 3-star because the company has since offered a full refund. I appreciate that they have FAQs explaining the charges, but this is really a poor customer experience, and they could do a lot to improve it. It would take very little effort to automate a simple email to customers ordering delivery in the UK, asking them to check whether their order includes any additional charges. The customer service was appalling; proceeding with a partial refund without consulting the customer first is simply careless.

I’ve bought from Vallon before and was happy with my first order, but this second experience has been a disaster.

I was charged nearly £50 in UK customs fees—something I wasn’t expecting, since my previous order had arrived without any issues. When I contacted customer service, they just pointed me to a note buried in their FAQs. That’s not helpful: most people won’t think to go hunting through FAQs for something that should be clearly flagged at checkout, especially when ordering from the UK post-Brexit.

I contacted them to return the items, and without even confirming or acknowledging that, Vallon issued a partial refund for a fraction of what I had paid, no explanation, no breakdown, no heads-up that I’d be liable for return costs.

The whole exchange felt careless. For a premium brand, I expected better treatment, or at the very least, basic communication. I won’t be ordering again, and I’d advise UK customers in particular to think twice before they do.

Glasses shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable time considering it was an international shipment. The Surf Aviators have a quality vintage look and the lenses are crisp and clear. The hard case is a nice addition. Ordered a second pair shortly after and they are the same quality.

My Vallon Glacier Glasses are very comfortable, they are so Clear you forget you have them on and many people ask me where I got them. Best glasses for skiing and mountain hiking... period!

A great product at reasonable price and quick efficient service

I can’t fault them and they have the classic look that will never be out of fashion.

I wanted to buy a pair of prescriptions sunglasses (for moto), so I asked for advice from the customer support. I received very prompt and useful advice, and in the end I received a pair of prescription sunglasses which I enjoy very much.

I bought these aviators for a motorcycle trip to/around Spain. They've been fantastic both on and off the bike, they look great, the shape fits inside the helmet perfectly and they don't cause me any pain over my ears which is a problem I generally have wearing sunglasses inside the helmet.

After a couple of years of wear, I recently had cause to make contact with customer care, hoping for new arms or another solution even though the glasses are well out of warranty. They came through in the best way possible and they didn't have to.

I love these glasses and am impressed with the quality of Vallons customer care. It's definitely a brand I'll continue to support.

Slow delivery, first of all. But most important, very poor quality sunglasses, sold as authentic, the glasses are fake and offer 0 protection, which make them even harmful for delicate eyes.

m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Vallon. I purchased a pair of tortoise hazel wood sunglasses and waited far longer than the estimated delivery time. When the package finally arrived, it came in a damaged bag from Royal Mail — with an empty, crushed box and a commercial invoice, but no sunglasses. According to the packaging, the item was already damaged before it even reached the UK.

I’m now left without the product I paid for, and no resolution in sight as customer service is yet to reply.

I want my refund.

These sunglasses are poorly designed and made in China. Frames and lenses are low quality. Fit and shape are really bad.
