Did what they said product and service wise

After hassle of paying customs and VAT, once we got the glasses they were of very good quality and were happy with them.

Just beware if you’re ordering from the U.K. and the order is over £135 you will pay duty and VAT (thanks Brexit) so if you’re ordering two pairs do separate orders to reduce the hassle and keep below £135. The VAT was refunded but it’s just hassle. But still happy with the product and would highly recommend them.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from instagram as I thought they looked really nice and although when they arrived they just didn’t suit me the whole experience was simply excellent and the company should be very proud of the service they provide in a world where service is no longer a
Priority.
The purchase was simple and followed up with excellent communication and timelines, the glasses arrived as per the outlined timings.
When they didn’t suit the returns process was simple and the communication on the return was even better than the purchase which as you know is never the case.

One point to note glasses come with a soft case and neck strap so no need to purchases same.

The positives: Very fast service. Got my sunglasses within two of ordering.

The negatives: I got the Desert Heron. WOW does it look and feel cheap. Especially for a brand that likes to align itself with the outdoors and action sports, the quality of plastic is extremely flimsy.

As for the "leather"? Also cheap. Badly cut, barely textured fake leather.

Not sure if they used the same model for the ads, but they do not look the same. The pair I got fits more with a last minute Halloween costume than out in the mountains.

If Trustpilot would allow photos, I'd post them, because WOW these were disappointing.

Very easy to order. Even easier to follow up the delivery. Already bought 3 pairs.... for skiing and casual sunglasses

Solid glasses with great lenses. They fit well and come with a classy sturdy case. I'll be purchasing another pair soon!

I've bought the Howlin and the Aviators...I love both, really good lenses and they fit good, for sure I'll buy another pair of sunglasses because I like very much also the other stuff

Excellent glasses! I use them mostly on my motorbike, and after a long time, they haven't shown any problems or breakages. The lenses are fantastic and provide excellent visibility. The material they're made of is excellent and sturdy. I'm absolutely satisfied.

I bought the Waylons in tortoiseshell and cannot fault them. Unlike other sunglasses, the lenses seem to be impervious to scratches. I live next to the beach and amazingly the lenses never seem to scratch despite constant exposure to seawater and sand.

Super easy to order and receive. Very impressive lens performance on the howlin. Stylish design operates very well in hot sunny conditions. Retainer strap is essential if exercising and sadly also needed if daily temps are high as otherwise the glasses slip off the bridge of the nose frequently. Otherwise excellent all round

Love the style and the quality of the glasses. Have three pairs of them (Howlin, Waylord and Malizia, all in the polarized version), Howlin is my favorite in terms of versatility, Malizia is the best in terms of performance as the wraparound frame also covers the sides (use it for hiking and running). They are not cheap but the optical quality is great (no prescription glasses). Among the best glasses I own. The included headstrap is quite useful.

I like the styling of the aviators. It’s made in china but so is the iPhone. Don’t know how long they last but so far good experience with ski aviator. I decided to order a surf aviator with prescription glasses as well for sports activities. Essilor premium glasses are promised and you can upload all relevant data cylinder axis etc. Actually all data which I have for my regular Zeiss made to measure glasses. This combined with the wording premium gave me the idea I would get the glasses from essilor made to measure as well. Turns out the glasses are ‘off the shelve’ voorraad and not made to measure. I notice a big difference between Zeiss made to measure and Essilor off the shelve. I would recommend just order the frame and put your made to measure prescription glasses with your local optician.

I purchased Howlin' - Dark Tortoise / Polarized and a retainer. The retainer broke, glasses fell on the ground and broke. The company admitted that the retainer broke but will not take responsibility for the glasses breaking when the glasses flew off my face when the retainer ripped. Quality is terrible and customer service doesn’t take responsibility for the poor quality product. I would avoid this company at all cost. Seems like all their money is invested in marketing of the product snd not in quality.

Très cher pour une qualité plus que médiocre. Tout est en plastique ...le pakaging doit coûter 100 fois plus à la fabrication.
Le design est top mais franchement j aurais mieux fait de me racheter une paire de Rayban.
