Absolutely amazing experience with valentina rose jewellery.

The customer service is a amazing, at first I had a little issue with my order I mistakenly got sent the wrong order so I emailed customer service , within minutes I got a reply from Sarah stating that she was so sorry and she was on holiday and her friend has been helping out with orders why she was away and got confused, she sent me out a new one next day of what I ordered straight away, refunded my delivery and told me to keep the wrong one that was sent out, which instantly I knew this was a good company that cares about her customers.

I ordered a second time with them and I asked if in a new collection could she bring out matching earrings as I couldn’t find any that match.

She kindly emailed me and said that she has found some that match and sent them out with my new order free of charge. I actually could have cried it made my day as there’s not many good companies out there that would go above and beyond for there customers.

I would 1000000% recommend this company for all your jewellery as it’s good quality and amazing customer service not to mention that is beautiful.

If I could rate more than 5 starts I would !!

I wish I had an option to give a negative star, this is the first time I ordered with them, although I checked their return policy for earrings, I ordered one pair with paying next day delivery at 10:38 am as I needed them for an important function, still I couldn’t get it before Monday. Their website don’t mention about ordered placed on Friday. I got the parcel on Monday and couldn’t use them at the party, upon reaching out to customer care they were pretty rude and kept on repeating about their policy and that rightly the earrings were delivered Monday. Quite frustrating dealing with this company and the earrings aren’t good quality even and extremely over priced, doesn’t even have shine as advertised .Won’t recommend business with this company. Even if the policy is there, there should be humble ways of letting your customers know, found them extremely rude and incorporative.

Exquisite designs, excellent quality. Over the past few months I have purchased, 2 sets of earrings, a ring and 3 necklaces. The delivery service is super fast.
The items come in pretty little pink boxes, a true joy to open, extremely feminine pieces. Delighted at every level with this brand.

Recieved earrings on which one of the studs was slightly further up the earring that the other. I contacted the customer service which picture evidence of the issue. Within 2 hours they responded and sent out a new pair immediately.
The earrings themselves where very nice and lightweight with no ear pull.
Very impressed and would shop again due to the responsive customer service and the nice earrings.
