No refund even after Ailines approved

I have refund approved by the Airline, but Vakatrip is continuously saying that waiting for Airlines response from the past 5 months. They just dont care about customer. Customer experience is out of thier dictionary.

I have begged Vakatrip for providing a case number of which they are communicating with Airlines. But the response from Vakatrip is always a standard system generated.
When they can't handle customer support, they should close company rather than eating customer's hard earned money

happen to find this website from skyscanner.com and i need to get my son back on the first plane tomorrow and after i made the payment only realize that they will only issue ticket detail within 48 hours but my ticket is less than 12 hours. I don’t know how to contact them to ensure the ticket as all has been paid and even i check “My Booking” on the site also it came out - the information is incorrect but ive checked so many times the order number and my email area correct. How can i ensure that my son can fly tomorrow morning.

i found out that email sent during booking has typo and managed to get the ticket number and checked in online..

I came across this Vakatrip.com site…

I came across this Vakatrip.com site through skyscanner and i got the cheapest fare compare to any other sites. Although, its clearly mentioned in their site that it can take upto 48hrs for ticket confirmation but i got the tickets in 20 minutes approx. So it was great experience with this VAKATRIP. Firstly i was also hestitaing to book but its Trusted agent. GOOD JOB DONE.

Our name in the itinerary messed up! Our flight would be tomorrow Jan. 19 at 3:00 am. How can we fix this as soon as possible? Please get me some help.

Please respond immediately to your customer’s queries and concern. I booked a ticket for 2 and I have noticed just now that our names were rumbled in the ticket! I filled it out correctly as far as I can remember! Our flight will be coming in hours! Send me a new one with our names complete and fixed! HELP US OUT PLEASE!

No custmper help available

The worst agency ever. No contact number for help. Not even they are responding on email.

I need to correct my name spelling and I am not getting any contact to get in touch and also its has been long time I have not recieved my PNR details.

This is not the good way from where can customer get help. Not going to recommend anyone to buy ticket from this

I booked my flight with the correct name, which is Hariom Bajpai. However, when I retrieved the ticket from Air India, the name mentioned was incorrect: "BAJPAI HARIOMMR." It should be corrected to "BAJPAI HARIOM MR." Additionally, when I received the ticket from Air India, the email addressed me as "Dear HARIOMMR BAJPAI." When I contacted them, they advised me to connect with the travel agency for assistance.

Most awful ticket issuing website

Most awful ticket issuing website. I payed for a “Turkish airline” ticket from bali to Melbourne. When i arrived at the airport i found out they sold me a ticket from an airline that have joined flights so basically got the transit flight. After all of these i went to check my luggage in and i was told i have to pay another 120$ for my luggage which was not included on the ticket. Also payed for seat reservation and when i ask the counter told me theres no reservation on the system. Most horrible experience i have had.
Ended up paying more money for a worse airline were even jetstar was half the price. Ended up paying 400usd for a one way ticket from bali to melbourne

Japan domestic flight e-tickets issued but was hard to contact and no prompt updates.

Hi Vakatrip team,

Update: We finally did receive the e-tickets however it was only till evening 5pm Japan time since we booked in the morning 11am and we only receive their email reply around 5pm despite our multiple emails since after we booked in the morning. In summary, they are a legitimate company however would be good if we receive prompt updates either with a telephone call or number to reach out. We can only contact them via email and their response is slow.

Previous issue: We have booked domestic tickets from Tokyo Haneda to Asahikawa in Japan airlines for tomorrow but till now yet to receive the e-tickets. We just checked with Japan airlines physical ticketing counter and they advised the booking is not confirmed due to no payment received from your company. Please help to resolve this and provide us the etickets!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the flight booking I made through Vakatrip. I booked a round-trip flight from Bangalore to Bangkok on November 20, 2024. Despite receiving a confirmation email from Vakatrip on November 21, 2024, the booking details are not appearing on the Thai Airways website.

Upon contacting the airline, I was informed that the ticket cannot be found and is not recognized as a legitimate booking. This situation is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of your services.

I demand an immediate confirmation of my itinerary or a full refund of the amount paid. Failure to resolve this issue promptly will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter through legal channels and consumer protection agencies.

This experience has been highly distressing, and I expect a swift resolution to avoid further inconvenience.

I am glad to inform that post following up with Vakatrip official email and my above Post in the Trust pilot. I have recieved mail from Vakatrip with my authentic
PNR.
Just a word of advice to Vakatrip. It's responsibility of the booking site to provide genuine PNR which can be used to get the ticket from the booked Airways.
Word of caution for the guys who are booking their flight. Once you recieve the booking confirmation from Vakatrip in your mail. pls check in the Booked Airways site with the PNR which Vakatrip mail has mentioned
If you don't find the booking in the Airline site. pls contact Vakatrip customer care email mentioned in the ticket. they may get back with actual confirmed PNR
