Booking a holiday was a breeze
I telephoned to ask questions on me completing a booking form online, I was told they could do it over the phone and complete the booking. Andy explained everything and made it very easy. I found him to be polite, patient and very informative.
Then I was able to go online and put our passports and next of kin information very easily.
The whole process was hassle free.
