I ordered both the shoes and cosplay for Genshin Impact: Ganyu… it took 2 months for the shoes to arrive. When the shoes arrived the box was smashed and the shoes inside were only wrapped in plastic and no other protection for them. The shoes were heavily deformed and were unwearable. I immediately reached out to customer service and it took them 2 months to contact me regarding my complaint and that’s only because I reached out again to them. I paid over $40 for the shoes and they told me that I could only receive a $5 refund plus I had to pay for the shipping fee to return the shoes to them! Oh, and the pre order on the costume has been postponed for nearly 3 months now… I’m beyond fed up with the customer service as they are no help and their English is horrible. I speak mandarin and they refused to just message me in mandarin. Instead they used angry emoji faces at me in their emails! This is my first and last time ordering from this company.

UPDATE:
The cosplay finally arrived and it is a decent cosplay… unlike the horrible experience with the shoes which was never resolved btw. I still stand by my word and will never order from this company again as it was a horrible experience overall! I wish I could leave a review on their official Facebook page and or their website but unfortunately I can’t and I see why they do this. I highly doubt that their overall customer base is satisfied.

This is about their shipping/service. The cosplays themselves are ok, but I've noticed the quality got worse over time..

I made a rather large order back in November 2020! on their black friday sale. Today, July 2021, I haven't received my order because production for a few items got delayed and others were out of stock. This problem could've EASILY been avoided if only they had reserved the items I PAID FOR. Sounds obvious right? Reserving items which customers paid for? Not for uwowo. They keep on shipping out items not caring if a customer is waiting 8 MONTHS for their order. From now on I will only buy items im certain theyre in stock. Pre sale is not worth it. You save a measly few dollars but wait months in return. Not recommended

Honestly I was always happy with the service and quality of Uwowo, but my last orders (especially last one) was a mess. First of I ordered Shinobu Bunny Suit back in November at the Black Friday Sales while it was in stock, after I waited a few weeks without any notification, I wrote them and they said the costume was out of stock and they agreed to send it later as it was obviously their fault. Now I ordered again in April and I messaged the team beforehand and ask how it works with shipment if you order Pre-sale and in stock items together. They said they would ship it as soon as the Pre-sales are in stock. I thought this was fine, since everything was planned for May, placed my order and said they could put Shinobu in this package instead of sending it extra and I'll wait a little longer. After a few weeks I got the message that the Artoria Alter Maid Cosplay had completely sold out and they had to cancel this part of my order with a refund (they only send partially, 'cause I used a 15$ discount code and they deducted it partially), so I was a little angry, because that's now the second time they sold more then they had and now I hadn't any chance to ever get the Cosplay. After everything of the Pre-sale items were in stock I asked them about shipping and they said some items were missing, but all of these were in stock when I placed my order AND paid for them. So I asked if they could separate the order and send two packages, since they saved the extra shipping for Shinobu and it would only be two wigs instead of the whole Cosplay (not really more expensive), they agreed after a LOT of back and forth.
After the package got shipped and I got a packing list, so I noticed they forget the hair accessories for Artoria normal maid I paid extra for and after my mail I only got "yeah, this is also out of stock now". Honestly this was just annoying!

I ordered a cosplay at the beginning of April with delivery guaranteed within 4 weeks. 10 weeks later and the tracking reference is still showing it in China. I tried reaching out to the company but received no responses. I finally put a PayPal claim through and low and behold I had an email from them the next day asking me to wait until the end of the month and to cancel my dispute with PayPal. I told them no and PayPal closed the case in my favour and refunded the money. If you really just order from here, definitely use PayPal to cover yourself!

I pre-ordered an item from Uwowo's aliexpress store. They listed a free gift would be sent and the item would be mailed when it was in stock. The "free gift" was a cheap metal necklace that arrived broken. I contacted them about this and they demanded I mail back a broken necklace - the shipping to mail back the broken "free gift" would cost more than the original cosplay item. They never sent the cosplay item I ordered and paid for. Instead when I requested a refund they lied and used the tracking number of the (piece of junk) "free gift" they mailed to claim it was the pre-ordered item they never sent. DO NOT order anything pre-order/free gift with them. I have never had any seller use such an underhanded tactic - sending an unwanted cheap "free gift" and then claiming that tracking number was the item is dishonest. I had ordered several times from them before on their website/store and never had an issue. I have tried contacting them several times about this for a refund and they continue to change responses from denial, to excuses, to untruths. They essentially stole my money and sent me a random piece of garbage. I am so disappointed that they betrayed the trust I had in their store.

The measurements for the cosplay were misleading, the given shoulder measurement was actually closer to the bust measurement (the shoulders start at the arm sockets, not the end of my neck), which resulted in the size of the shoulders being way too large (it looked like I was wearing padded shoulders!) I gave 2 stars because I could get the thing refunded at least.

Bought 3 wigs. All 3's color, length and style are off. The short purple one is the worst by far. It was thick and curled and and the bangs weren't cut at all. The picture had cut bangs and straight shoulder length hair. Did not ship my items for nearly 3 weeks and thats only after I emailed them about it. Wont be ordering from them again.

TERRIBLE!!
I ordered two cosplays in november from them and they never sent me anything! I contacted them after a month and they made me pay twice for extra shipping even though it’s not my fault. Then they just decided 2 months later to not ship it.
Waste of money and time!

I ordered the new Spirit Blossom Ahri Cosplay on their site in size L according to their size chart. Cosplay arrived after a long waiting time and it´s wayy too small.

I emailed them 5 times (!) in regular, appropriate intervals and they never got back to me. I even contacted them on their social media and they totally ignored me. My friend had a simple question which they answered her immediately (she wrote a few hours after I send my last message).

I now consider opening a case on PayPal because they wouldn´t answer me and the size I measured at home is way smaller than the measurements they listed on their site.

Quality of the product is top notch! I really like their costumes, but considering how they don´t answer when there´s a problem I wouldn´t order from them again.

Would´ve given them only 1 star, but the quality of their products is good (sizing aside), so it´s 2 for them.

I bought the new version of the Tanjiro cosplay and OML!!! I have so much to say.

Positive:
-The tissue is great, the accessories are beautiful, everything looks like the character.
-The customer service is fast and very explicative. I really liked how forward they were!
-The shipping time was very good. In the middle of a pandemic, on the other side of the ocean, I received my package in only 30 days.

Negative :
-The sizes for the pants and shirt were a bit small so I recommend to get the bigger size than what fits you best.
-For the full set that I ordered, I only had 2 temporary tattos when the site clearly said that there would be 6.

To conclude this review, I absolutly recommend this site! I'm satisfied with my order, but please pick a size bigger ToT.

I’ve bought several cosplays from them and i’m really happy with all my order so far. The shipping was pretty fast and the communication with them went well. They responded in a very professional and polite way and answered all my questions. They have the best quality cosplays i’ve ever bought from the many online stores. Uwowo is definitely my #1 cosplay store!

Summary of review: Good quality, fantastic price, looks exactly like the picture. However I had issues with their customer service and shipping.

I ordered a cosplay and wig from them on May 1st and paid for their DHL shipping which is 3-5 processing working days and 5-7 shipping days. 7 days passed and I had not received any shipping email so I sent an email just asking for an update. They never got back to me. I sent them a message on their site as well and got no response there. May 12th rolls around and I send a second email. They finally get back to me on May 14th saying the reason why it hasn't been shipped out yet was because the wig was not in stock and I could ask for a refund or wait for the wig. I ended up waiting and they finally shipped my item on May 24th almost a month later. Once it was shipped it arrived very quickly which was nice. What bothers me is that they did not put on their website that the wig was out of stock and took forever to get back to me. I paid $26 for the fast shipping option but still ended up waiting about a month. Overall I would recommend, but just be wary that they don't always tell you if something is out of stock or update you in any way.
