Awful, unprofessional and poor quality

I ordered the hms implacable cosplay during the pre order period in may and it wasn't shipped until the very last day of july and when i asked how long it would take, all they said was "could be the end of the month" i received the cosplay today and its awful. There are no instructions on how to wear it, the elastic snapped as soon as i put it on and the neck collar was too tight with no elastic stretch. Im disappointed with the quality especially since i paid £90 for it. They used ZIP TIES for the crown and they're all curved when they're supposed to be flat. Its a pisstake to put on too, before it decided to just snap despite the measurements saying it would fit. Never using them again.

I ordered a cosplay back in November, and I have been regularly tried to get updates to no avail. Recently they straight up said it was delivered and provided me with someone else’s account saying that was “proof”. First of all, you just doxxed some random guy in Ky nice job, second of all I still don’t have my cosplay. I’m beyond frustrated, I never received it. Will be disputing it now. Don’t order from them, it’s so not worth the frustration!

I purchased a cosplay spear but the quality was less than ideal, the pieces didn't connect to each other properly and it barely held together. They are definitely cherry picking/hiding some of their reviews because I wrote a negative review and it hasn't appeared since, plus I have yet to find another person's review on a product that is rated lower than 4 stars. I'm not sure if this is legal?

Awful quality ; i have ordered Kokomi bride cosplay that cost me around 150€.

Once received, it was very cute on the outside and had a lot of details.
However :
1) most pearls fell out after me just trying it on
2) thighs don’t stay in place and fall + there is no way to make them stay
3) gloves are impossible to wear since they’re very warm and stick to the skin

Customer service is also awful, I have canceled an order but I still didn’t get my money back. I won’t be ordering again, this website is very bad and unprofessional.

We ordered a cosplay of COLLEI (Genshin Impact) with the wig and the boots. We had so much problems with it!
- Due to poor packaging, the jewellery arrived broken.
- The wig was falling apart, super cheap and shedding hair like crazy. We had to order another one through Amazon.
- Not even after 3 hours, one of the boots' sole cracked, and several buttons and pins, required to hold the cosplay together, started to fall off or pop out due to poor craftmanship.
- After only a few hours, the stocking and the gloves started to wear out.

My 13 year old daughter had to go change into her normal clothes it was not even Noon the first day of the convention. She was HEARTBROKEN.

We contacted Uwowo for compensation, but like many other people said on this page, there is no customer service whatsoever. They did not apologize, and told us to "glue the cosplay back together", and offered us $7 credit for the wig, and a refund of $15 (on a $235 cosplay, right). Otherwise, we'd have to send the costume back to them to China at our own cost.
I left a negative review on the cosplay page which was never published! So Uwowo does control the reviews on their website so people will only see the good ones.
We previously ordered another cosplay from Uwowo with no issues. But this was such a poor experience that we will never order from them again.

I have tried a lot of cosplay sites and this is always the one I come back to ordering from! The cosplays are high quality and wigs look amazing with minimal styling. My only issue is sometimes costumes come and are not properly lined but nothing a few touch ups can’t fix. My zero two from here is one of my all time favourite cosplays! I would always recommend uwowo over sites like dokidoki and miccostumes as I have had bad experiences with them both customer service wise but never with uwowo.

Defective product which we returned at our cost, 6 months later still no refund and no replies to emails. Terrible quality product and zero customer service, they have shamelessly stolen over 120€ from a child who saved long and hard to treat herself. Absolutely shameful company. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered a cosplay from uwowo which has never been delivered and got lost in shipping . Gls , the company who sent out the package confirmed the loss of the package but uwowo denies to pay back if I still have a paypal dispute set up . This is super sketchy and so I stopped every contact with uwowo trying to manage with PayPal instead ! Please do not buy from there . If anything is lost , you won’t get your money back and then the only security seems to be PayPal .

The quality of their cosplay are very good ( 2 cosplay received and 1 in delivery ). The delivery are nickel (Packages well protected).

I have ordered from uwowo two times. The first time I ordered a full set Zenitsu cosplay which was about 80€ with shipping included. Order arrived in 14 days so quite fast! The only problem was the fact that i got a Tanjiro outfit, so received the wrong product. I could have returned it to receive the correct outfit, but I didn't want to pay the shipping fees again so I just stuck with it.

Next time I ordered the Zenitsu jacket again, and this time I actually received it haha.

Product quality is good, the costumes look amazing and I love the small accessories and details.

I ordered the maid Hu Tao dress in a 3xl and it shipped the same day, and arrived in like a week. It’s by far one of the best quality cosplays I own, I love it so much and it fits me perfectly. For reference, I am a US women’s size extra large 14/16 and a men’s size large. Will definitely order from them again! I love that I can now find high quality cosplays in my size.

I had a really bad experience with uwowo. I ordered a Keqing cosplay. In the product description it said that size M was available and I ordered with no problems. After some time I was told to wait two weeks because the size was not in stock. I waited but they kept asking me to wait. First two weeks, then 7 more days, a few more days etc. etc. I was going to use it for at cosplay con, so I needed it ASAP. When time was running out I asked to get a different costume (Eula). Because of the delay of many weeks I wanted express shipping but I had to pay extra for that even though it wasn't my fault with all the delays. I paid extra and got the Eula costume et week later. But it was way too small. I used the size chart to order from and asked for assistance to choose the size. But the chart was wrong and I will never be able to wear the costume. Uwowo don't want to help even after all this. I cannot make a dispute on the costume because it took so long for them to ship it. It took me more than 2 months & $200 to get a costume I can't wear and I will not have anything to wear for the convention. The costume quality is nice but the service is so bad and you shouldn't trust the size chart.

I was ordering some things and needed them quite quickly. I asked the customer service whether everything I ordered was in stock due to the urgency of my order and they replied within a few minutes which was amazing. They sent the order the same day I ordered. It hasnt arrived yet so I cant say much about the quality yet, but I am so pleased with this customer service. And also on a note, the package tracking works great

Really Nice service :D I ordered a shizuku-tan cosplay and it was so pretty and the quality is amazing.
The shipping was really expensive to Denmark but I think the cosplay was still really worth getting anyway

Runs small- very small.

I will firsthand recount the cosplay from here is of good quality for the amount you pay. But I will caution to those who wish to buy from them to not trust their sizing chart. The thing is that with these cosplays- they expect your torso to be tiny. Despite having measured myself and buying an XXL for Hu Tao’s maid cosplay, I was devasted to find that it wouldn’t fit me at all. Anybody with an apple shaped body should be careful. This place’s sizes are not friendly.

As of now I have ordered 3 Cosplays from uwowo and they are one of my personal favorite places to order Cosplays. The costumes are made with very high quality materials, are almost always lined, and the fabric choices are top notch.
I have bought one Cosplay from them that didn’t fit but that was my mistake as I didn’t check the size chart and I am on the larger side
The only problem I have with them is shipping costs as they are quite expensive but with that aside the shipping at least for me took about 10 days.
If you are looking for high quality Cosplays I recommend uwowo 100%

I order the basic Original chocola cosplay

When I got it, it was used there was makeup stains all over it and the outside was faded and felt dirty🤮. The buttons already started to fall out the second time wearing the cosplay and the ears were terrible they were very uneven and one wouldn’t even stay up it was the floppiest ear ever!

After I brought up these issues all they said was wash it and that they can’t do a return or a refund and the more I complain they offered me $5 back (I never got the $5 back if you were wondering), SAD THING IS THATS NOT EVEN 5% BACK! Then with more fighting they said all they can do is send me a new cosplay IF I BUY ANOTHER COSPLAY, I would have to play full price and shipping for this garbage.

I attempted to order a tanjiro cosplay to wear at Atlanta Anime weekend. I ordered it early September, waited about 3 weeks and noticed my order was still 'Processing". I emailed them, asking for an update on my package so i could make other arrangements. Instead of providing me an update, they told me my package could not be delivered on time and simple canceled my order. That was a very poor move on their part, and was very unprofessional. From my understanding, their cosplays are very good but the way they handle shipping and customer service; Terrible.

So I ordered a cosplay they had on stock and I even paid the express shipping because I needed it for halloween. Not only did it arrive on time (it took 7 days in total) but I think for the price the quality is extremely good. I didn't have to reach out to customer service as everything went smoothly so I cannot rate that. FYI I live in Switzerland which may be the reason why it arrived so fast :) I would order there again

So as the title says I was gonna buy a wooden Katana, but these reviews made me think, it says there are over 90 of them on stock but I'm not sure, just asking for your recommendation, things are cheaaaap, and it turns out it was good at the beginning, and it has gone worst... Just wanted a confirmation the Katana is on stock, I might order it next month.
