Ordered a device on 3/6 and sitting at 3/15 with no tracking. Anybody interested in these devices I suggest just buy a puffco instead. This company does not care for its customers at all

As well as loving my Utilian 723, I think the online chat service and experience, which I get from Lisa, is exceptional! So nice to chat with a knowledgeable and real human.

Customer Service is awesome. Lisa who assisted me was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to trust and utilize this site.

While I still can't rate my experience with the product as it hasn't arrived yet, I really wanted to rate my experience with Lisa from Customer Care. Even if I didn't purchase directly from them, I decided to contact Utillian with some questions and concerns, some of them not necessarily related with the device I purchased but more related to the fact that I'm new to using the type of products they sell.

Lisa was super quick answering to my email (despite it being Sunday) and was super generous and instructive with her replies. I felt like she really cared about me and my experience, and that felt somehow like an added value to my purchase. I kinda feel happy that I chose this brand among all the other ones just because of Lisa's assistance and attention.

Lisa! I messed my order up could not get a phone call in with customer support so I was desperate texting the support line not thinking I would get real help like an ai would help me. Please Lisa ironed the whole thing flat in a second. She was respectful knowledgeable and quick. Wish I had Lisa every time I needed help!

The person who helped me, Marvilyn, was great to work with and helped me resolve my issues super quick. Much appreciated.

Ordered my 2nd Utillian 5 with Lisa today. We love our Utillian 5 and the great customer service. Looking forward to the updated version.

At first I had a little problem with your order form but after talking to Lisa every thing worked out fine. She was great and had the patience to help this old computer illiterate man and made ordering easy.

Placed an order and needed to change the color

I purchased the Utilian 723, but was having trouble getting the order to go through. I chatted with Lisa and she helped me through the entire thing. She was amazingly helpful. Excellent customer service.

FYI I rarely give five stars. Four means very good, I’m happy with it, far above “acceptable”
This is mainly about my purchasing experience.
I found what I wanted online but had a couple questions. I opened a chat and Lisa was quick and answered my questions. She offered to place the order for me with a lower price. She stayed with me until everything went through. (She asked that I mention her name 🙂 so ok; this is all true and I’m writing bc I am happy with the experience.)
As far as the vape goes, I like the 620 and I ordered the 621 so I can have different herb in each. It gets a bit hot in my throat so I’m trying the glass bubbler.

I placed an order for a Utillian 5 v3 then I decided I wanted the v4. I emailed TVape on a Sunday and didn't expect a response until next business day. I was surprised when Lisa replied to my email and had the order changed within minutes on that very same day. Shipping was very fast and I'm really enjoying my Utillian 5. It's so simple and easy to use - and it produces massive clouds! :)

Love my utillian. Heavy duty power. Been using it heavily for 3 months straight now. Haven't even burned a single coil up yet. Ordered the bong attachment. Works great, but my god it burns down some oil fast.
