Gas and electricity was sorted today my crystal very helpful

Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum, wouldnt even give them that if i could. Joel was supposed to move all three of my meters. Instead he only did 2. The 1 meter he didnt do, I was out of contract with. Now ended up with a massive bill, when i thought it was all sorted.Have sent emails, tried calling them, all with no reply. Taking this to the energy ombudsman as this company needs to be shut down

I dealt initially with Victoria who was really knowledgeable and helpful, then Jared who was also incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He was really patient with me, making sure I fully understood everything, giving me lots of opportunity to ask questions. I felt like I was in safe hands! Highly recommend this company, ask for Victoria or Jared for 5 star service!

Joel was so helpful from start to finish. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and had the best deals available. I did my due diligence and couldn't find a better deal. Joel set everything up efficiently and quickly.

Good service and Crystal explained everything well and made the switch over as easy as possible

Jordan was a pro. Called me when we moved units. Not sure where they got my number but who cares. It was cheaper than going direct with British Gas. Really good firm and a decent bloke.

Phoned my business saying they got my number from my landlord and need to swap my meter.

I am the owner of the business and the property so no landlord and had my meter changed last year anyway…. So Caught them out.

Told them to remove all my details from their system, they have no connection with my business at all.

Absolutely terrible company!!! Massive scam! They lie and pretend to be your energy company when really they are a broker, they put you on disgustingly high rates with high standing orders and say they are the best deals available to you when in fact they are not. Then you’re stuck in a contract. Also patch the calls up and stitch them together so the conversations don’t make sense so it looks like you’ve agreed to the terms when you haven’t!
Please avoid at all costs for your own sanity! All these positive reviews must be the workers/ family and friends 🤦🏼‍♀️

This company bugged me 6 times between 7-8am this morning. No idea where they got my number from, using my business name. Wouldnt explain who they were just that they were ring regarding the change of tenancy!

Ringing random people who don’t rent my commercial unit about changing the utilities. Claims they got the number from the landlord which I’ve double checked with them and isn’t the case. We’ve already changed our utilities and got it sorted. Unprofessional and hung up when I asked for our number to be removed.

It's hilarious when you see 5 star reviews and one star reviews for a company with nothing in between. Looking at the recent 5 star reviews there's only one guy that works there. I've been asked not to use his first name, but check him out, i'm sure they're all genuine!!!
He works out of a cupboard, but he's awesome!
I've repeatedly asked them not to call
me, they keep calling, i've told them they're in breach of their GDPR. i've now emailed them as a final warning, or i can escalate to the ombudsman.
I'd recommend anyone else do the same. It's a very straight forward process. 👌👍🏼

the guys here were really helpful for my eon renewal , sorted 2 of my business premises out and I've passed their number onto other friends who own businesses, really helpful and patient with me as well. highly recommend

Receieved a call from them insisting that they were working on behalf of EON to lock in discounted rates, after speaking with EON this is not the case!
They push for you to sign documents before you have a chance to read the terms etc
AVOID! Misleading company
