Went to MacArthur glen Derbyshire today, at 4.45 a woman with dark bobbed hair and gilet on sat on a mobile phone (unsure if hers or the company's) but totally ignored me and one other customer who was trying to ask her something but just turned her body away and carried on what sensed to be texting! Absolutely appalling service. Such a rude staff member I could kinda understand if it was a teenager but this was a grown woman. Sort your staff out!

Awful experience!!!! Do t buy there! Scammers and thieves! Also-not responding to complaints!

Return portal won’t work, no customer service . Everything works half way

**Very disappointing customer service**

I contacted US Polo Assn UK within minutes of receiving my order because the jeans I had purchased arrived damaged. I expected a prompt response given that I reported the issue immediately, but I have received no reply at all.

Since then, I have tried contacting them multiple times via email, their online contact form, and live chat, yet my messages have been completely ignored. It's incredibly frustrating to make every reasonable effort to resolve a genuine problem and receive no acknowledgement or support.

A company's after-sales service is just as important as the quality of its products, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely poor. Based on the lack of customer service and communication, I would not recommend purchasing from them unless they significantly improve how they support their customers.

My first order from this company, Iam strongly disappointed with the lake of communication. I've sent a couple of emails regarding an issue of retuning some of the items due to smaller sizes. They don't respond to emails, they don't have customers service phone number and no live chat. The only emails they bombard you with are advertisements

The worst customer service ever. I have purchased a set of tracksuit as a gift they only delivered the jogger but the top wa cancelled despite still being available to purchase online. I contacted them so many times but absolutely no response. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been their customer for the past few years and spent so much money on their clothing… however moving forward I won’t waste my money on them ever again

Terrible service. I placed an order on the 29th based on their 3–5 day delivery promise, but it arrived very late and was only a partial delivery. To make matters worse, I now have to return what did arrive, but their system is not accommodating. I have a back injury and cannot get to a shop, yet they haven't arranged a home collection for their own mistake. Unacceptable experience and zero communication. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

When today to the store at MacArthur Glen in Derbyshire as we walked round the 3 ladies were hanging round the till and was chatting non stop never even looked up to say morning ! My daughter was looking for a certain size and was completely ignored as she stood there I went over to interrupt their conversation which the reply was if not out try Friday totally put me off going in again total lack of regard for customers.

If I could give zero I would. Received a jumper which has not signature on it - plain. Paid for it, as others have stipulated they ask the same questions by e-mail, I respond with answer of awaiting return address and they cannot find my order, but have my monies. Please do not order - this is, in my opinion FRAUD. The jumper is not what I ordered and their customer service obviously not communicating, therefore, cannot return or retrieve my monies back. I will now look into who to report them to - this is how they treat customers, take your money and then tough you are not getting it back - DO NOT ORDER from them.

I returned my item as when I purchased pants there was a hole in the pocket there’s saying they will not refund postage as I didn’t inform them first under uk law faulty goods refund they must reinburst postage costs I’ve sent 3 emails and they just reply it’s there policy do I have to do a charge back on my card

Order never arrived. Communication is nonexistent. They keep replying with the same thing over and over again, with no proper response to my emails. The order was placed a month ago. No delivery, no refund—absolutely a joke.

I purchased clothes and need to return an item, however when you put your order number in this is not recognised and you are asked to fill in a form so customer services can contact you. I have now done this 4 times and still no one has contacted me. I wish i had read the reviews as you can not return items!!!!!

Sizes on clothes different than size guide on website. You order for £200 and shop charge you extra £5,99 for return only because they send wrong sizes. No shop again. Not recommended.

I really wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order! I'm trying to return £182 worth of clothes but the website makes it impossible to start the return. When I put in my Order Number: USPA198160 and email into their returns portal it says not recognised.

I've contacted customer services but got no response. The returns letter in the order asks to advise of the carrier tracking number but doesn't have an address to post it to so how can I advise of my tracking number if I don't know where to return it to!

I returned my order within the legal cooling‑off period and paid for the return postage myself. The retailer refused to refund the original standard delivery cost, even though this is required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for online purchases. I’ve had to escalate the issue because they are not complying with UK consumer law.

If you use a discount code, but end up returning that item they charge you for the discount so my item cost me £32.50 after
discount code was used, they refunded me £29.25, absolute rip off i know it's only a few pounds but it's the principal
