DO NOT use US Med

This saga has been going on since April 8th. I was to switch insurance companies on 5/1. US Med said they were not going to supply my Dexcom G6 sensors becuase I did not have insurance for 90 days from April 8th. Instead of giving me a months worth of supplies, they were going to deny me thrree months. After WEEKS of begging, they finally sent me three Dexcom G6 sensors. Now that it is after May 1st, I want to upgrade to the G7. I was told I had everything for them to ship out on the 1st. However, they never shipped. I called US Med, they said they need authorization. I called Carexentrix who emailed them to send over an authorization but they never did. Carecentrix customer advocacy team emailed US Med but they never responded, for three days, they never responded. Then, I called on 5/3 for an update. Someone from US med said I needed an updated prescription. I reach out to my endocrinologist who asked me to contact US Med for an updated order for them to sent the prescription request. I then call US Med back to have them send this information to my Endo, but then the person on the phone said I DONT need an updated prescription. I am at a loss here. I dont know what to do. Every time I call US Med I get a different answer. I have emailed THREE times without a response. The Carecentrix team just got off the phone with US Med who said they are experiencing "hiccups" but they're doing nothing to help me. My blood sugars are a mess without my sensors. I feel sick and nauseous because of you. you have lost my business and you're lucky I dont sue you.

Actual Review Real Customer!

Scam website FYI. One they sent the incorrect unlabeled meds to me. Along with missing 2 entire medications I ordered. Ghosted me as soon as I brought it up and their meds are wack aka not strong, not potent, likely not real. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Not recommended at all!

US MED - United States Medical Supply

US Med has been my Diaetic med supplier for several years and has performed to my satisfaction.
Within the last year, they have been borderline to completely unsatisfactory!
1. You cannot get a Customer Rep on the phone within 30-60 minutes
2. They tell you "If you do not wish to remain on Hold, press 1 and you will receive a callback from the next available Rep! I have used this 3 times and THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN AVAILABLE REP! No call back!
The Online chat tab has no Rep available!
3. JAN 31, I knocked my CGM reader into the toilet. It quite working. I called US Med and explained my panic as I average 7 readings per day, I explained that the replacement must be expedited. I was told my doctor must send a prescription for the replacement, this has been done 2 times as I called them and I was told She had not responded, which she had and sent them another response. It has now been 12 days and I have gotten nowhere!

Communication horrendous

Communication horrendous. I have been a customer of US MED for three years. They still do not have a record of my membership and participation in their purchase mail delivery program. I have called customer service and no less than five occasions to make sure my identification information and database was updated and they said it was fine. whenever I called in a return call, they have no idea who I am and give me a runaround. Customer Service needs more efficient system, especially when paying customers cannot be identified even after three or four years of membership.

US med has been a complete headache for…

US med has been a complete headache for me. I have been on the phone with them for hours and days since the end of December. Everytime I call it's always something different and some reps have horrible attitudes.

I have 1 just 1 CGM for my son. That means if it's placed wrong, falls out... Anything happens to it, I have nothing. They took weeks to submit to the insurance for a prior authorization. They said they would expedite it but they did not.

I have 10 days to figure out what to do if the insurance denies his CGM or how much the copay is. ( new insurance.) I have 10 days until I have to cross my fingers and hope my sons BGs do not go dangerously high or low in the middle of night.
If I didn't have only 10 days I would find another company so Never ever have to deal with this company again, which will happen once I don't have only 10 days.

5 Star NOT! Thank You everyone for your review, Yesterday I almost signed up for diabetic sensor and supply's, I have enough problems with Walgreens I do not need to enter in to this nightmare, Thank you all for taking the time to write a review to save the rest of us poor souls from agonie.

Worse than worst in class service

Worse than worst in class service. Exorbitant hold times. Representatives will hang up on you if asked questions they prefer to not help with or try to find an answer. A representative’s job should entail making the experience of a patient as easy as possible, US Med reps make it their personal duty to make it as difficult for patients as possible. Representatives also give conflicting information and then lie about it when pressed, eventually hanging up (again). If I could give zero stars I most certainly would. Stay as far away from these hacks as possible. I hope they get audited for gross negligence and incompetence, as well as the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any field, that is the only way productive change can occur at this company.

90 days does not equal 3 months

They consistently ship 90 days of supplies out, but 91 days apart. They can't seem to understand that 90 days doesn't always equal 3 months. So I have to go without supplies for sometimes up to 3 days. If you have any other option take it.

They are horrible at answering the phone I called two times and waited on hold for over an HOUR HORRIBLE. This is an emergency situation and it is impossible to get someone on the line just to speak to you about emergency medical situations regarding the Glucose Monitor. They don’t want to pay enough people to answer the phones or they’re just that horrible of a company that they don’t answer their phone.. this is why we and many other people don’t want to use US med at all

Well this review page would not let me write a review after touching one star Then I touched 5 star and review box magically appeared .I've been a customer for 3 years now.Orders are always late on average of 7 days.When you call customer support,you listen to the elevator music for hours some,we'll almost every time.Last Friday I was in this elevator for an hour and half.This morning I called at 9am est when they open for business. As of now it's an hour and 43 minutes and I'm still in that elevator waiting to talk to a human.Im calling for cancelation of account,no more of their cgm being late,canceling payments. And no more waiting in this elevater,being driven crazy by their elevator music.Customer service is horrible!but I'll stay in this elevator until my phone battery dies,or until I get their humans to answer my call Fed up and going to a much better company.By the way,they answer within a few minutes not hours*)

Unreliable and late

Late, late, late. Not reliable. Today I called US Med to inquire when my sensors would arrive and then asked the person on the phone if she could help me track my sensors, she hung up on me. This is the second shipment in a row that was late. My sensor session ended days before I received my new sensor.

Tried to buy meds that my dog takes for anxiety. Got texts from a phone number ID that says he's in Texas, and the website says they ship from the US, but he had me send the money to India. Western Union confirms that he picked it up. After I told him in text message that I didn't get the Fedex tracking number he tried to get me to send the same amount again and claimed that within 24 hours the first money transfer would be refunded to me. He called the problem "commercial ground block." I did not send a second transfer. So I lost $234 plus Western Union fees.

I have waited over 45 minutes on…

I have waited over 45 minutes on multiple numbers and still no answers. Because they sent me the wrong cpap supplies was the have done in the pass. So guess I will suck my other supplies until my rental from another supplier. Been with the for over 12 years and now I'm getting craped on. Bad service don't use them

Worst Pharmacy ever!

On March 8, usmed called by computer to request sending out a refill of my Omni pods. I verified the order and proceed to wait 2 weeks with no delivery. Now I am out of pods with no way to deliver my insulin. I called usmed to find out about my order and got some guy who dropped the phone before greeting me. I gave him my info and requested to know why my pods haven't arrived. I was put on hold for 20mins before I called back. I spoke to the same rep who appeared annoyed after I called him out for leaving me on hold. I was put on hold for another 15mins before being hung up on. I decided to call back the following day and got a woman service rep. She was more sympathetic and put me on hold while she looked for my order. She kept checking back every 5 mins for over 25 mins. She finally returned and told me the pharmacy personnel looked but could find no record of my physician sending the renewal prescription over. I contacted my physician's office and was told they not only sent the first approval, but sent a second approval on March 31, 2023, so I allowed a few days for usmed to confirm and send the pods. By this time, it was April 4. April 12, I called usmed again and was given the same run around again before being told they never received anything from my Physician. This went on for nearly a week. (My Physician had already prescribed me emergency syringes so I can't take my insulin). Now its April 17, I had an appointment with my Physician whose staff showed me the letters sent to usmed over the past month. Before being seen by my physician I called usmed and was put on hold by a woman service rep 10 mins before my Dr. came in to see me. The entire time during my exam I was still on hold (on speaker). My Dr. was wrapping up my visit when we heard a male rep voice over the phone and within a couple of seconds hung up. I called my provider and changed to a new pharmacy. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!

Awful customer service i called last…

Awful customer service i called last week following for my cgm order after i was on hold for 45 mins someone answered the call and went with her little routine question gave her my info was told she will check on my acct placed me on hold for another 20mins and another person picked up my call and have no clue what im talking about so i went gave her my info again and she told me that my cgm will be delivered in 2 to 3 days because its already shipped out and i had asked her to send a new rx and notes to my provider for a dexcom g7 she said Ok. Fast forward now a week later no dexcom g6 received i called them again following up same routine someone answered i gave her my info placed me on hold without even telling me and rang over to someone else again at this point i asked for a supervisor and was totally ignored and he then told me that nothing shows that any cgm was shipped for me and that they need office notes before sending anything. SO WHY THE HELL I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT ALL OF THIS IS NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF LYING THAT THE G6 IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT. I EVEN TOLD THIS MAN THAT I DO TAKE INSULIN AND I ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TEST STIPS TO COVER ME TILL THIS WEEK AND IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PATIENTS SITUATION. TO TOP THE IT ALL NO APOLOGIES HE JUST WENT WITH ANYTHING ELSE U NEED. REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just a horrible experience you call him the hang up you order meds they charge you for a copay but never send it you ordered a CGM and take some a month to contact your doctor to get a prescription from them and then tell you the doctor denied it and when I asked the doctor he said he never did I told him to contact my Pharmacy they said they would to get the prescription that he wrote they said they would but they didn't I got high blood pressure and diabetes waiting on these people I'll be dead don't waste your time

52,days need sensors

To whom it may concern, I see all the commercials, of usmed on T.V. I have call email usmed for 1, emergency sensor am new to the company this is my very first time doing reordering I have damage 3,of my free style Libra sensor's they told me to call the manufacturer I did they said they were going to send me sensor today I have not taken my glucose for 50days , I really thought this company was the best with red white and blue Commercials, they take your money out your account really fast and just kick you while you are down, wouldn't you think that being new to this device that they would give you a emergency sensor after I explained to them over and over again of what happen to the sensors, I have heart problems, pancreas problems high blood pressure, depression anxiety ,I really thought good about this company I was so wrong.

It’s the customer fault ,not ours.

I have been waiting over a month for the Gcm and sensors. Each time they text me stating that they waiting for the doctors script. I sat there and watched the doctor send it. They tell me it is being processed and to call another number. They don’t answer the phone. And why bother leaving a message, they won’t return it. It been a nightmare dealing with their customer service. They become rude when you start asking them questions. They suck in my book. I would rather pay $200 out of pocket then deal with their crappy customer service.

Diabetes Supply Nightmare

For my diabetes supply I ordered at US Med my CGM sensor and it was a nightmare. The company charged me $1200 three weeks before they even sent the supplies. It took them more then two month to sent the documents to my insurance and after 3 month, and many phone calls to them and to my insurance, I finally got my money back because to this time my deductible was reached. I never again order there, the costumer service was unable to tell me information and unable to help me with any questions. I am surprised this company is still in business. I use Edgepark now, it took them 1 day to get my prescription and to sent my supplies out without any problems.
