AWFUL
AWFUL. My order was supposed to be filled 02/03 - nothing, and I mean NOTHING, ahs changed with this same CGM order I place every 3 months. They said they need updated medical records and a new Rx -- fine. no big deal. My doctor returned the same day, the US MED rep said they have everything they need. For 3 weeks I have spent 2 hours of my day calling and trying to get updates and move this along. I have requested a supervisor call me two separate times. THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. What an effing joke. DO NOT USE US MED SUPPLY - i just had to pay out of pocket without insurance on Amazon pharmacy. However, Dexcom has coupon codes on their website so a 30 day supply ended up being around $150.
Oh and get this, I just tried to call again and I got an answering machine - WHAT THE F
Oh and another thing, I had to call back 5x the other day because they kept HANGING UP ON ME.
Oh and ANOTHER THING... they sent my CGM supplies 3x to an old address I deleted out of my account over the span of a year. 3 TIMES! I would submit my order, check the shipping address (it showed the correct one on my confirmation email), yet they still sent to the wrong address.

Said was glitch in system cause they skipped month and would overnight my dexcom but they didn't so I called again to get hung up on by someone I couldn't understand then I called back and person was snoring on phone, hung up and called again to find order was not sent and no explanation was really provided and that was supervisor. Very unprofessional!! Still no idea on shipment
Stay away if you value your sanity
I echo the sentiments of most of the negative reviews and would add the sketchy practices they follow with their CGM billing. I was prescribed the Libre system from my physician and was told I would get a call from US Med to see if I "qualify" with my insurance. I did get the call and was told they would let me know what the next steps were, days later I received a 3 month supply and meter. I was put off a bit by not actually agreeing to the terms but I paid what I assumed was my share of my 3 month supply. Suprisingly, I received another statement the following month and ignored it, assuming it was a clerical error but it wasn't... They sent a 3 month supply and charged @ $151/month! I actually didn't realize this until I called to express concern that several of the sensors failed very early in fact one never initially registered at all! I was told I could call the manufacturer for help with no apologies whatsoever, no effort to resolve my issue, nothing.... And to add insult to injury, they opted to send ANOTHER 3 month supply, bill my insurance, and invoice me AGAIN for products I did not want, and I made that clear during my last phone call. Super annoying practices, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Failing Business?
Problem after problem with this company. Perhaps new management? Phone calls seem to go to India. They hung up on me. And did not call back. US MED is the problem with America.
Don’t use us med rehab!!!!
I ordered a part for my medical decompression table and paid $142 for next day air because I had 20 patients scheduled for that table the next day and 30 patients the day after that. I placed and paid for order Wednesday afternoon and was told it would go out that day! Next day
I checked ups tracking and they said the package has not been picked up yet! I checked the next day after that and again ups said they have not picked up package yet! I called customer service and spoke to man named John. He was so rude that I asked for the name of his supervisor. He told he was the supervisor! He told me that they don’t know where my package is!!!!! If I had read reviews on this company I never would’ve used them. I was told by this John he would get back to me today. I’m still waiting!!!! I tried to call him twice and he won’t pickup the customer service line? I have now called my cc company to dispute the charges and I ordered the part from a different company 2 day express and I’m saving over $100!!!!! This is the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed in my 36 years in practice! Don’t use this company!
I am having billing problems
I am having billing problems. I had autopay for $51 and change per month for my CGM Somewhere along the line, they stopped deducting payment. Then out of nowhere, took 3 months payment, one time, four months . This month they took 3 months payments twice. When questioned they say it was for arrears? I feel I am being scammed on my payments no place to discontinue autopay.

This company is horrid and I can't recommend enough staying away from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
You can't get supplies when you want them. When you find another provider who is not terrible, they just send you supplies when you did not order them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
USMed sensor refills
USMed refills sensor orders with 6 sensors with 14 days life. That is 84 days and also as far as I can tell counts the 6 day 'shipping" as part of the '90 day' order. My 84 days expired and USMed will not ship until the 85th day. In addition, I required a CT scan for kidney stones and the sensor was removed 3 days early. This means for 6-7 days after the 84th day no sensor readings. It was suggested I call Abbott and they said that I should purchase additional supplies at a drug store. I am no longer a customer. They are interested in money only.
A billing nightmare
A billing nightmare, was told right before a refill for crucial diabetic supplies that I owed 1400 for the LAST shipment 3 months ago (I've always had services covered in full with insurance) and then every payment I made didn't actually apply to my balance and they were unable to address. Stay away, they price gouge and are grossly incompetent with any billing/payment matter, as well as shipping.

US Med not to be a trusted
US Med USED to be a trusted supplier. For the past year, they have changed dramatically. One excuse after another which always contradicts pasts excuses. They lie to the patient each and every time. They are a joke and as expected with fly by night companies, the management is never available to speak too.

If I could leave a mega100 I would, The customer service at best is heinous they barely speak English they do nothing to service a customer. You sit on hold forever to reach a supervisor. The Sensors in my case never ship on time every 90 days they want updated medical records as a type 1 diabetic they put life in jeopardy due to not receiving the sensors.
Litterally a piece of trashorganization and I will do everything in my power to get FL Blue to DROP them

This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with - for your own benefit stay away from them.
Anyone else would be a better company to do business with. Please do your homework, they have a terrible review history. The one start rating I gave them it is exactly one star more than they deserve.
US Med has the worst customer service…
US Med has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to ship my G7 sensors over a week ago and I received an email indicating there was a change in my insurance. I have not had any changes in my insurance in over 10 years. I called US Med and after speaking with four people I was told the issue was resolved and the sensors would ship on Monday and I would be emailed. This did not happen so I called Tuesday and after over 10 attempts I got someone who made up more excuses and then told me it was resolved. Never received an email so called gain on Thursday and went several attempts to call as their phone hangs up on you as soon as they say they are going to check something. Now we are into the next week and I am out of sensors and the order still has not shipped, and I am being told another excuse that they have to contact my doctor. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and their is not one available. It is sad that every individual at US Med that I have dealt with does not seem to care one bit about their patients. And, their phone system is the worst. I was told they can send me an emergency sensor, and that a request was being put in for that, but it had to be approved. Never was able to get a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would call me within a day.

There are really unprofessional.i call for Refill on my medication. And they tell me they having an issue with the Insurance. I call My insurance and they tell me they never Got a call from them and I’m insured. So if they have an issue. Why wouldn’t they call me and let me know. Or mail out a Letter saying they have an issue. Why does it take me to contact them. To find out an Issue. I think it’s best I stop using them. Because they unprofessional. Oh yeah one more thing. You could be speaking to them on the phone. And they side always Disconnect the call and never call you back I’m done ✌🏾
I would give USMed no stars if I could
I would give USMed no stars if I could. Someone close to me has been fighting this incompetent company for over a month now to get what he needs for his type one diabetes. Essentially, USMed tried committing insurance fraud by submitting to his insurance for one product three times. The insurance company paid once and declined the duplicate claims. Now USMed has restricted his account due to “non payment” or other random reasons they give him that are all false (like his doctor hasn’t sent the prescription which isn’t true) and they won’t reinstate it. They keep telling him an internal team that no one can talk to is reviewing it and they will follow up in 2 days but this has been going on for weeks. When he asks for a manager they say they don’t have one. They will also commonly hang up on him or pick up the line, pretend they can’t hear him and hang up. He has asked to pay what’s supposed to be outstanding but they say that still won’t re instate his account. He is leaving for a trip out of the country in a week and is going to have to go without his dexcom because of the incompetence and illegal actions of this company. I was on the line when he called last week and “Naomi” promised to call him back with an answer and never did, like everyone else he has talked to. It’s so unfortunate that they treat necessary medical equipment as a none important issue. I watching his blood sugar drop to 40 the other day, he’s suffering and this company’s malpractices could result in horrific if not deadly consequences. Whatever you do, don’t use this company.

Again I am on here out of frustration with this useless company who throws you on hold, or hangs up & never lets you speak with a supervisor! Ships wrong product! Concerned about receiving theirs back but not for the patient!! Stay Away too many people who have NO idea what they’re doing at this company!
US Med has failed me
I was connected to US Med with the understanding that my Diabetes supples would be covered by my insurance. I received my first shipment… no charge (at the time). I thought great! I eventually got a second shipment… (no charge, at that time). Some months in, but before I used the second shipment, I got a bill for $750! I’ve called now a few times with unsatisfactory customer service and was told someone in management would get back to me… never heard from anyone, but I’ve received an increased invoice now. And I’ve asked on a couple of calls to return the supplies to no avail. Returns have to be within 30 days of delivery, but I didn’t get a bill until well after. Just awful!!!!
USMed was wonderful last year
USMed was wonderful last year. This year they're beyond terrible. I have a prescription to receive test strips for twice a day from my doctor and haven't received enough to test twice a day. I also asked for a lancet device to hold the needle. I still haven't gotten that. I keep getting forwarded to somewhere in Asia and the people don't speak English well nor do they know the guidelines for Medicare. This company has gone to pot.
