The representative offered me 200 lei for a 667(new store price) tablet in the context of it only being unsealed, looking pristine with only 1 charging cycle, this store is disgusting and insulting, even regular pawn shops offered to give me more, embarassing.

The photos on the site are fake, they sent the wrong product and they are demanding extra charge for their mistake

Am achiziționat un lot de jocuri fizice de pe acest site, având în vedere că sunt colectionar de jocuri vintage (PS2, Xbox 360). Din păcate, experiența a fost una negativă din mai multe puncte de vedere. În primul rând, produsele nu sunt prezentate cu imagini reale, ceea ce face imposibil să îți dai seama de starea acestora înainte de a le comanda. Jocurile au sosit într-o stare deplorabilă: murdare, avariate, mult sub așteptările unui colectionar. Descrierile produselor sunt foarte generale și, din păcate, par a fi generate automat, ceea ce nu reflectă în niciun fel realitatea.

În plus, când am contactat sucursala din București pentru a rezolva problema, am fost tratat cu indiferență, iar angajații nu păreau deloc interesați de situația mea. Am aflat că nu îmi pot returna produsele și că mi se oferea opțiunea de a le vinde înapoi la un preț derizoriu, doar pentru ca apoi să fie revândute la prețuri mult mai mari. Astfel, am avut impresia că întregul proces a fost o capcană, fără niciun fel de respect față de client.

În concluzie, consider că acest magazin nu respectă standardele minim necesare în relația cu clienții și nu recomand deloc achiziționarea de produse de pe acest site, mai ales pentru colectionari. Experiența mea a fost una extrem de dezamăgitoare!

I want to add this comment regarding the store and the terrible experience I had with them. I brought in an almost brand new phone, a Huawei Nova Y90, to their shop. They analyzed it, gave me an initial offer that was much lower than the current second-hand market price, but I figured this was their business model, and I didn’t expect a great price from a pawn shop anyway. Before moving on to the next part, I’d like to mention the following: 1. The phone was purchased by me brand new from a store on a contract, the contract ended, and I was left with the phone. I initially got it for my business, but I didn’t need it anymore, so I only used the plan (minutes/internet/sms). The phone was used for around 2-3 days over a year and a half, with a maximum of 10 hours of usage, so it’s practically a new phone. The box has all the accessories, full box, screen protector, and case from day one. The only defect was a small scratch/scuff in one corner of the phone. I would attach pictures of the phone, but unfortunately, I can’t do that in this comment.

The guy who gave me the initial price took the phone to another counter where two other guys were present, and they all looked at it, saying it had significant damage, and who knows what else might be affected inside the phone, plus it couldn't be repaired. To be clear, the back of this phone is made of glass, and neither the back nor the screen had even the smallest crack. They insisted that there was severe damage in that spot and that they couldn't take it because it was very serious, and they wouldn't be able to sell it afterward. So, on top of agreeing to take 20% of what it’s worth on the market, they still said it wasn't okay, claiming the phone couldn’t be resold. Out of curiosity, I’ve looked around their store a few times when I’ve visited, and I can say they themselves have many devices in much worse condition. Personally, I bought an Xbox One X from them four years ago that overheated after just an hour of use and had many superficial scratches on the case. I kept using it as I didn’t have time for returns or repairs because I know how long that process takes. The point is, that Xbox was in a pretty deplorable state, and they were able to acquire it, but my phone, which was practically new, was not acceptable. They examined that small scratch as if they were putting it under a microscope, making comments as if they were engineers with a Ph.D. in hardware architecture :)

Moving on, another detail that shocked me was that the individual who attended to me asked where the phone was from. I told him it was from a contract that was paid off in full, and I wanted to sell it. He then asked me for an invoice proving the phone was mine. I told him I didn’t have such a thing, or if I did, it was buried somewhere among thousands of company invoices, who knows where, and I told him several times that the phone wasn’t stolen, as he clearly suspected. These details can easily be checked through the IMEI without asking stupid questions. I’m sure they have the invoices for every phone/monitor/laptop/gadget in their store from previous owners proving they bought them new. So, in other words, the guy just didn’t feel like making the transaction, and instead of directly telling me he thought I stole the phone and I’m a thief, he started pointing to the corner of the phone, claiming the phone was likely severely damaged and had experienced a major shock, like it had been thrown from the 10th floor onto concrete.

Very bad experience, the prices in their store are extremely expensive, and the staff is highly unprofessional. I went there because I thought I’d get some cash for the phone since I no longer needed it, but that was the last time. I'd rather donate it to someone instead. Anyway, it was a relatively cheap phone, but the store is close to my business, so I figured I’d give them a try. Bad decision! Not recommended!

I wanted to sell something which online sells for ~1000 lei.
They offered me only 200...... insulting!

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. The photos and description clearly stated that the PC includes a video card, which was a key reason for my purchase. However, after my payment was processed, I received a call informing me that the PC does not have a video card and I was asked to return it for a refund. This misleading advertisement and the subsequent inconvenience are unacceptable.

Am avut o comanda un ps3 si niste jocuri. Au venit in stare buna dar au fost 3 probleme:
1. Ps3ul spunea ca are 120 gb(are 12)
2. Un joc nu mergea
3. Alt joc de ps2 era pe comanda mea(nu l-am comandat)
Totusi, am cerut returnare la jocul stricat si cel de ps2 si au acceptat sa imi dea jocuri in contra valoare, pe langa asta nici nu mi au mai cerut sa le returnez jocurile si jocurile din contra valoare functioneaza. Un magazin ok. I as da 3.5/5

I wanted to sell my laptop which looks brand new. I asked for 3000 LEI. Keep in mind that the laptop when I purchased it costed me 5404.99 LEI. The guy, Tibi, claims he called me (never called me) and then send me an email in which I was told to call them for the offer. I called and he came with an offer which I found extremely insulting more exactly 1750 Lei just because he wanted to make a profit for the store. He told me he had a similar laptop for sale and it didn’t sell. No explanation on why, nothing. When I asked if we can do 2000 LEI he said no, he didn’t even consider the customers satisfaction, straight up no just because he wanted to make profit for a store? Come on really? Also he told me that the laptop even if it’s brand new sells around 2500 LEI. That’s a lie, the laptop is being sold on multiple websites starting from 3500 lei.
Extremely dissatisfied, they are not looking for customers, they are looking for dumb people so they can make profit for their little insignificant store no one hears about until they google “vanzare laptop” Will fill in a complaint with ANPC too.

Also keep in mind when reading this that your store profits are not my problem. If you want this to be my problem employ me first and then put this on my back. 🙄

I am writing to bring to your attention a recent incident I encountered at your store. Today, I visited the store with the intention of selling a brand new laptop, which was an unwanted gift. Regrettably, my experience was less than satisfactory.

Upon my arrival at the store at 12:45 PM, I approached one of your employees, seeking assistance in determining the selling price for the laptop. However, to my disappointment, the employee informed me that he would be unable to assist me as he had to go on his lunch break at 1 PM.

I must admit, I found this response rather disheartening. Given that the laptop is in pristine condition and brand new, I believed it would be appropriate to at least inquire about the potential price I could expect to receive for it. Unfortunately, the employee seemed unwilling to offer any assistance, insisting that he was unable to do so due to his impending lunch break.

I genuinely hoped for a more accommodating and customer-focused approach from your store employees, especially in a situation where valuable information regarding potential prices could have been provided to me. The lack of support I encountered left me with a negative impression of your store's customer service.

As a devoted customer, I believe it is crucial to highlight instances where improvements can be made to enhance the overall customer experience. I trust that you will take this feedback constructively and address it with the relevant employee in question.

The employees even though have some kindness, they do not care. Are somehow unfriendly, you have to wait a lot to evaluare and they prefer in Timisoara some clients they have known for some old transactions. They do not care about the very good condition your product you want to sell is, and they give small price for your product so they can make more money they add further to the price they offer you for the product.

Sunt destul de amabili, dar neprietenosi.
Te fac sa astepti mult si apoi cu tine ca si client stau doar 5 minute. Prefera doar clienti vechi care ii cunosc si nu apreciaza conditia excelenta in care tu le prezinti produsul care vrei sa il vânzi. Ignora lucruri care le-ar putea vinde ei foarte bine, nu stiu sa vanda fiindca mereu ofera foarte putini bani pe produsul tau si ei vor sa adauge mult peste pretul oferit, ca sa poata apoi sa il vandă mai departe destul de scump, iar tie iti oferă putin si nu evalueaza bine.

Rather than demonstrating a level of expertise and professionalism that customers would expect from a sales manager, this kind of behavior came across as childish and immature. It's unlikely that customers would feel comfortable entrusting their valuable possessions to someone who behaves in such a way, and the manager's ability to close deals and generate revenue is likely to suffer as a result.

In short, while it's important for people in sales to be personable and engaging, behaving like pecky thieves is simply not an appropriate or effective way to do so.

Any manager who wants to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced industry like pawnshops must maintain a level of professionalism and respectability that customers can trust and rely on. This was dearly missed in my experience

Have interacted with them a couple of times. They were real professionals every single time - I’ve successfully bought a phone and I have also sold a couple of items with good prices.

They were very nice people, too. Paying attention for dry and welcoming you with a smile, I would surely recommend them!

Amazing people and very good customer service

Best shop ever. Can"t wait to buy again.
