Very good experience with USA service Dogs! The pricing on the packets I think could be a little cheaper. I bought my service dog vest on Amazon. It was way cheaper!

Your company's products are sturdier and more sized than those of competitors, and above all, your dog finds them comfortable.
Both the dog and the owner trust your company.
I applied to have my dog registered as a service dog with your company, completed the registration, received the certificate, purchased a full set of accessories including a service dog harness and leash, and even received an ID card and license. However, I am writing to inquire because I had a baffling experience at the DMV a few days ago.
The dog barked exactly once when a stranger approached.
However, a security guard came out first, and then a DMV employee came out and said that if the dog barked one more time, they would take it outside.
Of course, they asked to see the service dog ID, which I showed them.
If they are taking the dog out, does that mean I should leave as well? Does that mean I shouldn't conduct business at the DMV? Is this a common occurrence?
Or do I need to put a muzzle on the dog when going out? Did the owner make a mistake? Did the owner break the law?
Is barking once—thinking a stranger was trying to harm the owner—reasonable for being kicked out?
My dog absolutely never attacks first. However, if a stranger comes close, the dog barks because it thinks the stranger is going to harm its owner.
