Very good experience with USA service Dogs! The pricing on the packets I think could be a little cheaper. I bought my service dog vest on Amazon. It was way cheaper!

Patches not Sticking Well
I got the 99$ package which came with two ID holders, 2 IDs, a harness with EMA patches and a certificate. I’ve already lost a patch I wish they were sewn in or better grip.

I purchase this service in order to take my dog on an airplane. DOT now says support dogs are not allowed. I would think USA Service dog would tell customers this.

On our physical products, we process all orders within 1 business day and ship with USPS according to the chosen shipping method. Our free shipping takes about 4-7 business days, and we offer priority shipping (+$9.95) which is 2-3 business days, and priority express (+$29.95) which is 1-2 business days.
