Iron Toys Star Abyss

My first order from this site was a very large set and for only $10 it was shipped to me within 48 hours! It's so rare to have your expectations exceeded and I couldn't have been happier.

Updated Review

Overall, a mixed customer service experience. I had just placed my first order using the 10% new-customer discount, and shortly afterward USA Gundam Store released a 20% sitewide sale. I reached out to see if anything could be done regarding the price difference.

While the situation was not initially handled the way I had hoped, I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved. I understand that promotions have terms and that adjustments aren't always possible, but I do think offering some flexibility can go a long way, especially with new customers.

I'm glad we were able to reach a resolution, and hopefully future situations like this can be handled more smoothly.

I took a look at your order, and while it was placed about a week before the sale, we completely understand your frustration. As a one-time courtesy, we’ve gone ahead and refunded the additional 10% difference back to your original payment method.

While we always do our best to provide a great shopping experience, please understand that we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to honor additional discounts in the future for orders placed prior to a sale.

Great Store

Shipping was quick and very well packed. This was my 2nd time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again. Their selection is also on point, if you're looking for gunpla you don't need to look anywhere else.

Getting into Gunpla!

I ordered two models, both showed up before the anticipated date! My package arrived in pristine condition and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a sticker and a personalized note by the person who prepared the order which was a nice touch! I haven't finished both yet ( this was my first attempt at getting into the hobby) but things went so well I've already placed 2 follow up orders (a 20% off deal?? Sign me up!) Prices of goods here seem to be about average and same with standard shipping price

Everything showed up well packaged. Amazon delivery driver delivered to my neighbor, but otherwise quick shipping and great pricing.

The Best Hobby Store for Gunpla

I have used USAGundamStore for years and they are my favorite. They always ship very quickly, very safely and secure packages and their selection is incredible. I have bought from them several times and I will order again several more times. If one is looking for a hobby store for Gunpla, modeling tools, paints, decals and whatever it is one is looking for, they have it or can get it. Their prices are very reasonable and they maintain a very decicated and loyal fanbase of satisfied customers and for good reason. The whole team is solid and I've personally never had a single issue. 5 stars across the board.
