Beware. This is a scam company. They asked for my full bank information, balance,
everything . When you call the number it connects to Google voice. This is a crappy Chinese dropshipping scam company. The toy ride on truck they sent us was missing 3 wheels, an engine, and a bumper. When I called for a refund they then tried to get my private financial information in order to steal from me. My bank informed me this is a scam. I had to shut down my bank account, get a new debit card, as well as my PayPal account. Very very shady. The scam is they on purpose send you a grossly incomplete product, then if you ask for a refund a florida number will call you and a scammer will start demanding crucial, private financial information. I've had to open a PayPal dispute. When I called to confront them they hung up on me. Look on Amazon and Walmart, you can get better products for less money from them without being scammed. Look at all the reviews of people who were sent an incomplete package. BEWARE!!!

See their response. When I emailed them about this, letting them know I was onto them, it's strange how they never asked me what the number was. The thing is, the person who called the day after I left a message by calling the number listed on their website, the scammer who then started sending crypto transactions to my bank to test its viability--that person knew my order number, price, and the item I had ordered. So what are you all trying to say? That someone hacked your answering machine? Funny cause I didn't leave the order number on the answering machine. I think the most simple explanation is usually the correct one. Also guys, I filed a PayPal dispute and this seller tried to get me to close the dispute. FYI that is scammer behavior. They promised me a full refund if I closed the dispute. If you close a PayPal dispute you lose your ability to dispute that transaction in the future. And they know this. They tried to scam me when I went directly to them for a refund. Now that PayPal is involved they're claiming they can't refund me unless I close the dispute. But if they refunded me, PayPal would automatically close the dispute. Guys watch out. Thus is an elaborate scam.

Missing almost everything
We went to put the little motorcycle together and unfortunately we waited until the day before my son's birthday. Big mistake because all the all hardware, wheel caps, and charger !!! I am beyond disappointed and upset.

It’s a nightmare trying to get a hold of a human being for support. My orders been stuck in “ label created “ for about 3 days. Horrible experience

I purchased a rideable toy car for my grandsons 5th birthday and it came on time but was missing the back axle. He couldn't drive it for another week. Good product though.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and sent TOBBI customer support an email detailing my mistake. They responded within 12 hours to get the color I wanted and sent that information to the shipping warehouse before the order went out. You really don’t see customer service like this anymore, almost brought tears to my eyes to see this kind of support in the market!! I received my order and am very pleased, THANK YOU TO THE TOBBI TEAM and to LECEA WHO REACHED OUT TO ME!!

Liked the update of when product would arrive !

I was searching for a ride on car for my 3yr old grandson. I searched the web and came across TOBBI. I made my selection, the process was easy. I had a slight issue with the license plate. I had the plate in the car, however, I later found out if you go BACK, the plate will no longer be available in the car. You must put the plate and personal info back into the cart if you go back for any reason. I wanted to ensure I had everything correct. I simply sent TOBBI customer service an email to confirm if the plate was on the order with the purchase of the RANGE. Within 12 hours I had a reply to confirm the plate was not included on my original order. TOBBI sent me a link to purchase the link separately. The turnaround for the reply was quite expeditious. You will not be disappointed. Within 3-5 business days, my little guy received his truck. I would suggest giving TOBBI a try. You will not be disappointed.

So far, so excellent!! Love the size of the jeep. The front and back headlights along with the interior lights are pretty cool. Love that it’s radio controlled for little ones that don’t quite understand the concept of driving. Purchased two of them but will not be giving to my grandkids until Christmas.

Delivery was prompt and the remote control car was a big hit.

I had an issue with the first car I got. The customer service department helped me quickly and efficiently! We were unable to fix the one I had and they replaced it free of charge since it was within the warranty period. Since we got the new one things have been great. The only issue is that the new one was a little scuffed up in some areas. I chose to not worry about it since it works just fine and the kiddo LOVES it! Thank you for the awesome toy and for the great customer service!

Updated review: Grille to car came cracked however customer support offered a partial refund. Would have preferred not to give a gift that was damaged but appreciate how quickly they replied.

Delivered quickly and intact. Easy assembly with durable quality. Appears as advertised and perfect size for my 3 year old granddaughter. The remote will be of great assistance until she gets the hang of driving it independently. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Looks good easy assembly. Could have soft seat and more power but for age 2 to 4 is good my son is almost 6 and want it faster and more powerful also little bigger size

My grandchildren love their tractors with trailers. So glad they were already charged, they rode for hours!

The item arrived quickly. Customer service was responsive.
The only complaint is replacements parts take 4 weeks to arrive being shipped from China.

Assembly was so easy! I bought this car for my 3 year old grandson for Christmas. He is going to love it!
