Fab toys for my pups! They particularly love the fries although one of the three groups of fries has gone missing, presumably buried somewhere in the garden, and the others are absolutely filthy! Dirty fries are a thing though now aren't they?! Arrived in less than 24 hours after me placing the order so 10 out of 10 for delivery!

Great service and communication from this company. When part of my order was out of stock they were quick to contact me and process a refund when an alternative wasn’t available. The order arrived quickly and was excellent quality

Having ordered two items with very similar wording I received two with the same wording and I cannot fault the customer service provided! After a couple of, to be honest, confusing email exchanges I was sent the second correctly worded item along with some treats that the girls love. Thank you. I purchased a box of toys - they arrived within 2 days by Royal Mail and were as described.

Unless you know the product will fit I wouldn’t bother with this company as they won’t give you a refund! They sent me a returns form which I sent off with the item, over a month later and I’ve had no refund and they haven’t responded to any of my emails and messages via Instagram but they are posting away on their page. I’m now going to have to accept that I’m not going to receive my refund and I also do not have the item either as it’s gone back to them so lose lose for me. Don’t buy from these company!!!!!!!!!
