If I could, I would give this store zero stars. Do not buy from this online shop. It ships from China, and the quality shows it. I bought a Stüssy sweater for $85. It took more than a week to arrive, and the moment I saw it, I knew it was fake — even the threads on the sweater are crooked. I requested a return, but since it was a discounted item, they only offer store credit. They also told me I had to ship it back to Spain, which costs another $30. If I keep the item, they only offer 20% back. I feel like I’ve been completely cheated by this site.

Total scam. Counterfeit products and they won’t refund you and expect you to ship it back to Spain. Don’t do it!!

Steer clear. This is a classic scam. They list products at a discount but not such a crazy discount that you’d be suspicious.

They then generate a fake shipping number through a Chinese carrier that never actually progresses beyond “awaiting collection”. They continue to blame the carrier saying “it just isn’t updated” or “it’s stuck” or “we will check with carrier” etc.

The fact is, your product was never shipped and you aren’t going to receive it. I am now going through the AMEX chargeback process hoping to get my money back.

Absolutely rubbish. One item received after 7 weeks - its clearly a fake - the second item that should have been shipped at the same time has never arrived. You can't get a refund as they say send it back!!! how can you if it never arrived!

Order placed on 27 October 2024, and despite receiving confirmation, never an update. Sending an e-mail to their customer service department gets no response. My email is blocked. It's a scam!!! The company probably doesn't even exist anymore. AVOID THIS ACTIVITY

I never received my package. But they took my money.

Appalling customer service. Refuse refunds. The WORST fake clothing I’ve ever seen. Unhelpful with returns information trying to send an item back to Spain. End up writing off the money spent which is infuriating because this scam company win!

Größen stimmen nicht überein und Rückgabe nur bis 14 Tage, jedoch reagiert der Kundenservice bei mehrmaligem anschreiben nicht zurück um eine Rücksendeadresse mitzuteilen !!!
Sieht nach purer Absicht aus !!!!
Kann nicht sein dass man nach 14 Tagen keine Rückmeldung erhält !

Ze doen alsof ze merkkleding verkopen. Echter blijkt het allemaal nep spul te zijn die vermoedelijk door kinderhanden uit Bangladesh wordt gemaakt. Na mailwisseling geven ze ook toe dat het namaak is. Maar ze doen dan net alsof ik dat als consument wel had kunnen weten.
