Acabo de recibir el pedido de un vestido que me gustó y lo que me envian no tiene nada que ver con lo que pedí.Ahora que sospecho que es una estafa busco información y me encuentro con todas estas reseñas.Pensaba devolverlo,pero creo que perderé el producto y el dinero,así que me acaban de robar 44,99e.Ya no fiandome compré a contrareembolso,pero me estafaron igualmente ahora voy a comprar todos los meses a contrareembolso y cuando llegue el paquete lo rechazaré,así que les cueste dinero del envio y se gasten lo que me robaron.Compren nuevamente a contrareembolso y rechacen el paquete al llegar al domicilio,así aprenderan a no estafar a los clientes.

These are fake goods. I would not buy from this company again. They did not action any of my requests! Very unhappy and dissatisfied 😡

I ordered a hoodie in November it came it looked fake so sent it back for a refund and still I have no received my refund it’s now February and I’ve emailed them so many times to say they have not received it wen they have there absolutely shocking

You guys send me a damage sweater. I have been emailing you guys and nobody’s answering, I emailed you from the secondary received. It sent photos and everything and nobody has helped me out, worst experience ever.

First of all returns are not covered even for the high price of their items… secondly, they know customers will be stuck with the item because they give you a return warehouse at Spain or Europe… so it’s no return friendly at all..

Not to mention it took almost 2-3 weeks for them to even respond with a return address or instructions… overall shady service

Unfortunately, I have had a really bad experience with this company. Their response to emails is firstly particularly poor. I wanted to return an item but because I was one day late they didn’t let me even though the item had never been opened. This was over the Christmas period which in light of Bank holidays they should have been a little bit more open minded. Customer care is particularly important in these times so it is a shame that a company like this can have such poor quality of service with their customers. In terms of their product, I never had a chance to witness it as we wanted to send it back. I would highly recommend that you know what you want before you buy from this company as they will make it almost impossible for you to return it and most certainly won’t respond to your email, which is the only way of requesting a return. Again another poor customer service issue. Unfortunately, I personally will never use this company again.

The worst customer service ever recieved and claimed that I am unable to return item that was the wrong size but no information or reasons shared. I will never ever buy from this outfit again. Absolute shambles of a company

Ordered a men’s Stussy zip up hoodie. Zipper is cheap, keeps splitting when zipped up. Also, the inside of the hoodie isn’t soft like their other hoodies. Gave it as a Christmas present, so unable to return as I bought it in November when it was on sale
