I don't want to give a single star also as...it is d worst experience with this company very unprofessional ppl they hire....few months back called them for my ac service their person came and did service as per d UC thing then he started there is only 40 percent gas....I said ok u fill it I will pay he charged 2800 for me ...after 2 days ac stopped working...i called him again as I have his no....he came and told there is a problem in d unit u have to call daikin company professional....i called ac company person he came and checked and told me there is no problem with the unit....it is having 0 % gas...I was furious and called u fellow and asked for explanation....he was telling cock and bull stories but didn't turned up....I had to pay more 3000 for gas filling....so will never trust uc again...

The worst cleaning company ever ! Unprofessional cleaners and customer service! They are always more than 1 hour late ! The girls are not trained to do a proper cleaning and they are always lazy and slow ! I gave them more than 5 chances and they never fail to make me unsatisfied even more !

I dont want to give even single star but above there is no option of zero star, one of worst service whenever we are booking they are not coming one time, and later if we call there useless customer care they even not bother to resovle the issue and giving some baseless reason the car is broken, the person is not well, if are not so professional,Please wind up your business and dont fool people, there is high competion in market, better then urban clap many company are existing, i had deacivated the app from mobile as well all my relative and person inform please dont use urban clap service.

Worst company (with bad work men) which cannot be reached at all for any emergency due to unwanted typical labour class tantrums thrown on the customers. But company enjoys helplessly or smartly sitting miles off by basking on the customers exploitation.
Don't ever deal with such companies which cannot be contacted on the phone call, if you need to contact them.

NIGHTMARE ! HOT BOILING WATER DROPPED ON MY FACE by the facial lady as she was putting steamer over my face! Never ever in my life have I faced such negligence & carelessness. The lady didn’t close the water barrel under the steamer properly so when she put the steamer over my head it fell on my forehead giving me second degree burn.

She wasn’t even prepared in first aid and didn’t know what to do. In severe pain I rushed to hospital to get aid quickly. Even after that, a huge dark brown / blackish patch had formed on my forehead that was so painful to touch & endure.

But instead of checking on me there and then , the company never called back. Instead I had to chase them the next day to at least cancel my appointment and refund my money back. Such an indifferent attitude !

It’s been 4 weeks since then and now I sustain a patchy pigmented burn mark on my forehead the size of a golf ball that refuses to go away without proper deep treatment .
I could have never imagined while booking that facial that I’ll be left with a permanent mark instead of a clean face which I was finally hoping to achieve.

All I am looking for is justice & fairness from the company. The fact that I have to beg for it here on a review platform shows what kind of sympathy & service I am getting even after several complaints.

Shame !

WORST SERVICE! Stop messing around the market and Please close down! I paid online to book massage at 1pm arranged my busy schedule then no one turn up!!! at 1:10pm they just cancelled my order on the app!

Harassement only. I had ordered for my toilet cleaning. But firstly the boy assigned for it denies to come at my location and after complaing for 2rgulardays. He finally came and demanded me tools and brushed and liquids. Which in response after fighting with him long time and emailing and calling company - I had to give him money for all the items.

HARASSMENT BY UC PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
MY FAMILY AND I WERE HARASSED ON DIWALI BY THE PROFESSIONALS. THEY RUN A FRUAD. I RELIED ON THEM AND ENDED UP WITH NO SERVICE ON THE DIWALI. MENTALLY AND PHYSICAL HARASSMENT CAUSED

Worst service after bokking simply they visit and charge the services and go, without doing any work

I have been a member of urban clap now urban company since long. I have booked their services many times and have been satisfied. I am still a member paying subscription quarterly. Now suddenly they have blocked my address saying service not available at this location. I book the service on their app and when I try to check out it says “service not available at this location “
I have complained on their app as well as direct but no response. I asked to refund my subscription amount and still no response.
Very poor service. Will not want to use them at all.

Had painting recently. Very poor work. Have been following up for last 10 for inspection. They are unable to align some one for inspection. Do not believe in there advertisement.

On Sunday evening I had booked Urban company Spa services, Urban company sent a professional named SUCHITRA BUKTA to my house. This professional after starting the services informed us that she would complete the services 15 mins earlier than the time we paid for. When we objected she started speaking rudely and telling us that she didn’t care and she would finish the service 15 mins earlier inspite our objection. Hence I complained on the UC customer support on the app which was attend by MR SAGAR MDAAN. I described the whole situations to him and he called her telling her that she needs to complete her service fully and not cut short the time. Following which I informed Mr SAGAR that this professional has misbehaved with us and spoken rudely. All he did was apologise to me and during this course of time when I told SUCHITRA BUKTA that her behaviour and service was third grade and bad she started abusing me and my family and cursing at us ( I can’t even mention those words here) and crying and not ready to leave the house. When I threatened to call the police she exited my house and stood in-front of my house and started yelling and creating a scene. When my mother dialled 100 and was about to complain she ran away and I was on the other line with the UC safety department official.
This is the most horrible and dangerous app, which employees dangerous people to attend their customers. And inspite of complaining to the customers support executive this professional named SUCHITRA BUKTA misbehaved, abused and created a drama in my house when she came as the assigned professional on Sunday evening. And this whole time when she was in my house I was in touch with Urban Company customer support professional Mr Sagar Madaan informing him of her behaviour and all he did was told us “sorry for the inconvenience we will take your feedback and not repeat it in the future”. And during this course the urban company professional SUCHITRA BUKTA misbehaved and threatened me and my family and was yelling and crying outside my house because I gave her a bad feedback and complained about her because of her Rude behaviour and told her to leave my house as soon as possible
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! This can happen to anyone and the Urban company people don’t do anything about it.

The service lady ruined our sofas and put 3 cuts on sofas and now the company is not ready to give any compensation. Such shameless people.

Shocking customer service, no contact from anyone if something goes wrong, only lies about the cleaner being sick or "on their way", delivered through the app, when in reality the poor lady stopped working for them a week ago because they haven't paid her salary since 4 months. Shameful.

Technician visited thrice to resolve washing machine problem, unable to rectify. Today app is not responding to my requirement.

We want urban company in our salem city, Tamilnadu, india we were using this service from our coimbatore city.. But please urban company start as soon as possible in salem please🙏🏻🙏🏻

Improper instruments. No ladder brought. Took double the time for cleaning, from 8 am in morning to 10:30 pm at night.only 2 ppl are sent to do full home cleaning of 2 bhk flat. Disgusting.

Sorry for my words, but this is honestly the shi*t**** company to operate with cleaning services, i have never booked with them and not have a problem. Either re scheduling and not having back ups, either not cleaning well either not showing up at all. ITS ALWAYS a problem with them. Its like just stealing your money with no return

My passion is a therapist n I thought this is a good platform for me to start my career so I went for interview and I got selected. After that they told me to pay the registration fee which is an amount of 2000 but I told them that I need time to arrange the money n they agree however they keep texting me to pay ASAP and even said pliz pay maam, once I pay they started ignoring me. I was waiting for them to call me for the training but they keep on saying next week n so on….I couldn’t just simply stay here without working n I realise there is a refundable option in the app i tried doing that like submitting my bank information but it didn’t work so I ask for help to the one who make me pay the fee But he even block me . This is how heartless they are , they only care about money not ppl feelings and conditions . M facing this 3months back I thought I would stay quite but I don’t want anyone to waste their money ……
