i have purchased 4 batterys that are subject to a safety recall on the .gov website, they are subject to a safety notice and withdrawal notice as they are a fire risk as the batterys will randomly set on fire due to the poor manufacturing and poor welding of components. it also says to dispose of the batterys and to contact the seller or manufacturer. i have done both of these options and im getting nowhere.

i bought 2 through amazon but they are saying because its a seller and not them they arent responsible and keep saying wait 24hrs to hear back from the seller. I have done this 4 times now to be told not amazons problem contact the manufacturer

As with the other review. Terrible company. The battery from them has killed its own charger. Smelled of smoke and burning. I assumed it was just a faulty charger, so used another identical charger that works fine on other similar batteries. It killed that charger too. Same thing, burning smoke smell. Shop recommended a new charger, ignoring the issue of the battery killing them. I then found out there's a government recall notice on the batteries for being fire hazards. Shop just ignores all messages now and does nothing at all.

If this is the upp battery company who sells ebike batteries DO NOT TOUCH! They manufacture batteries, sell them, do not advice when recalled as dangerous even send you a new charger when you say its smelling of burning but do NOT advise product has been recalled!!!! Terrible terrible company! Customer service is ridiculous and they will just carry on selling dangerous items that put you and your family at risk DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
