Katastrophal, inserieren Batterien und Motoren mit riesigen Stückzahlen, angeblich lagernd, und nach dem Kauf passiert nichts, erst wenn man die Leute anschreibt, bekommt man gesagt, das die Ware im Zulauf ist und in den nächsten Wochen eintrifft. Absolut unfaires Handeln und leider bekommt man auf konkrete Fragen, keine korrekten Antworten, sie weichen die Fragen aus und schreiben irgend einen Blödsinn, mit dem man nichts anfängt. Für mich das schlechteste Einkaufs Erlebnis in den letzten 3 Jahren. Wer Kundenservice, Freundlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit haben will, ist hier falsch. Auch kein Entgegenkommen bezüglich der Falschinformation auf der Internetseite, sie schicken keine ähnliche Ware, welche lagernd wäre, wahrscheinlich deshalb weil auch diese Waren nicht lagernd sind. Was soll man da noch sagen, für mich heißt es Finger weg von diesem Händler in der Zukunft. Weil viele schreiben das der Händler günstig ist, nein er ist billig. So nun warte ich seit 2 Wochen auf meine bezahlte Ware und bin gespannt wann die Ware kommt und was ich da bekomme, wahrscheinlich irgend einen billig China Mist der nach ein paar Tagen kaputt geht. Bei dem Service kann man nichts anderes erwarten. Dem PSWTEAM alles Gute, jedoch so verliert man Kunden!!!

Terrible. Their website says that the items are sent from Germany and no customs duty will be applied. But the battery they have sent has accrued £20 customs duty. I phoned U.K. customs and they are saying it’s because PSWpower haven’t used the correct customs code and that if they had of done then there would have been zero duty. They are untrustworthy.

Ordered a bike battery from them at in august last year. The battery died after about three months of use. Probably the BMS that died.

Contacted them and tried to get it replaced, sent me a test protocol with like eight different measurements and tests.

After that they wanted me to pay the shipping to Poland so they could fix it. I live in Sweden and the shipping was like 60% of the payed price of the battery. So I refused and after a couple of weeks of arguing with them they sent me a prepayed shipping slip. I packed the battery in a box and sent the it with the provided shipping slip. Waited a couple of months and heard nothing from them.

Reached out to them again to ask what the hell is happening, they said the battery newer arrived to them. Checked the shipping slip that they provided me and it seems that they have set the wrong reciever address. So I mailed them about it.

Have now been trying to contact them for two week, but they have now started ghosting me. No answers anymore and contact from their side is now gone.
So I started my warranty claim about five months ago and still have a bike without battery.

So, if you are thinking of ordering from them think again. I've spent countless hours of mail conversations and still don't have a working battery. And the defective battery i had, I can no longer fix by myself because they lost it in shipping.

I ordered a cable Feb. 25th and received it March 4th. Last week I finally opened the package and the end wouldn't connect to the motor cable. I contacted the seller and sent pics. Unprofessional fool texted me saying it'll take several days for them to send me an address to ship the item to. April 2"25 I saw I had a message from PSWpower asking if they could refund me half of my $$. Wtf I didn't pay half when I purchased it. Definitely won't ever buy anything from them again, but I'll DEFINITELY LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THIS IS A COMPANY TO STAY AWAY FROM

I have purchased on this website a conversion kit for E-Bike and i could speak with the customer service rapidly and effectively. The delivery can just be executed to the address of your PayPal account (so keep that in mind when ordering). Since the Kit had a little problem they quickly sent me a new controller in Garanty with out further payment. I will defenetly use this website for my next purchase and i don't understand the bad review i red here. For me everything work fine. Contact by mail the coctumer service is working quite fast and they fullfilled all their task. Also the price they can offer you is more than good compared to the competitor. Wish them to grow big.

Il motore ha smesso di funzionare dopo 50 km. Ho chiesto se fosse in garanzia e mi hanno detto che i pezzi rotti appartenevano a un altro motore. Ho chiesto i ricambi a pagamento ma non ho ricevuto risposta.

C EST DONC UNE ARNAQUE A LA TVA, ils pratiquent les meme prix que sur Ali express sauf que sur Ali express on paie la TVA, la facture est claire

They took my money for a motor that was listed as being in stock, with a 7-10 day delivery. A month later it still has not been dispatched. I have asked for a refund on multiple occasions, but they fob me off each time. I have had to resort to a Paypal dispute in an attempt to get my money back.

If anything goes south with this company or their products, be prepaired to get no support. I had motor overheating experience, partially black lcd screen and undercapacity battery. I could live with slightly worse battery, this is common practice. But overheating makes motor useless. And so, they just try to avoid you at all costs, no consideration how to help you or acknowledge any problem.

Worst customer service in the world. They just gloss over my questions

Bought TSDZ2B last year, now the pedals dont work; it's an obvious mechanical fault.

They sell replacement parts but can't even begin to answer my questions so they hit me with:

"we are not sure
You can open the motor to check the fault, our factory only provides one year warranty"

Have purchased 2x bafang 750w mid drive kits and spare parts for same from pswpower. Both kits excellent and swiftly dispatched. Great value too.

Dopo circa 250 km non è più andato. Sì sono offerti di ripararlo ma pagando. E rispedendo in Cina con lunghe tempistiche. Ho fatto ricorso su paypal rifiutato! Hanno detto che il motore era stato manomesso. Pessima esperienza

Conversion kit was ordered but never received.
They are scammers.

J'ai commandé un moteur pedalier tongsheng et une batterie il y a 6 mois et deux autres petites commandes ensuite. Les prix sont intéressant, les délais de livraison très corrects. Je suis très satisfait.

I give them 5 stars because I had about eight orders with them and never had a problem. I do a lot of ebike conversions and repairs, so I know all the Chinese suppliers. They're all about the same, so no favourites. PSWPower are selling catalogue items so there's no point in commenting on the quality of the parts. you get what you order.

When I look at the other reviews, it fills me full of dispair. You need to know about all these parts to make them work, and it's very easy to put things together wrong or get parts that don't work with each other and end up with them not working. I spend a lot of time on forums helping people sort out the mistakes they made. They always blame the parts first, though it's extremely rare for the parts themselves to be faulty. I must have ordered many hundreds of parts from the various chinese suppliers and never had any problems except once when one sent me the wrong version of a motor.

Sorting out problems is always going to be difficult when you can't speak the language and you're on the other side of the world. the Chinese always try, but what can they do?

Last month (May 2023), I ordered a MXUS XF07 motor for my e-bike from this company and the motor arrived faulty making a horrible knocking noise. I reported the fault and was advised to buy their controller for the motor to work properly. The controller arrived with one of the cables snapped and the motor isn't working properly either. Very disappointed with my dealings with PSW POWER. The fact that they don't publish the feedback from buyers who have left a critical comment on their product is also worrying.
