Struggled to get the part I needed and it had changed since buying the original tank! Was advised on latest part and confirmed by email. Part arrived quickly and well packaged.

Very impressed with service, it arrived very quickly. No hassle. As advertised. Competitive price. Would do business with Unvented again.

We ordered an Unvented Cylinder, But delivery due date passed with no cylinder, we contacted unvented and for some reason the 3rd party supplier failed to advise of an extra delivery charge as we live on IOW, so we paid extra for delivery, and 3rd party supplier did not delivery on that due date.
Unvented Components Customer Service was very good, and dealt professionally with our issue.
As time was now passing and we off on Holiday we cancelled,
So we cancelled and received a full refund.

This supplier is very easy to contact they respond to emails phone calls.

So although we did not get our order this was not due to Unvented Components, I felt my money was in safe hands.

Excellent! Very easy to order online, the water tank was a good price compared to others, I was told up to five working days for delivery but arrived well within that time, the tank looked good quality with good insulation, all up and running now, very pleased with this company, I would totally recommend (oh and delivery driver was very friendly)
