Very easy to do , great service and responds very quickly. Thank you

Excellent experience. Very helpful and quick process.

Unvaulted was fair with the buying costs, fast with getting evaluation done, I would definitely use this business again and recommend it to others

It was a step by step sale. All information about the jewelry was taped for my viewing. Quick response time.

VERY fast turn around and kind customer service!

The service was great and they are fair with giving your jewelry a honest evaluation and payment. Will definitely use them in the future.

As a first time seller of jewelry online, the ability to be able to see what your item might go for before you send it was pretty great. They kept in touch with me the whole process and my items moved through the process pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

The process was extremely easy and transparent. Would recommend to anyone and got the best offers.

Great experience! Jewelry shipped fast and payout was also fast. I even put in incorrect information but before they sent the payout I contacted Unvault about and they sent to the right account! Great experience .

Quick service. Nice process for valuations.

Transparent, trustworthy, accurate + fair valuation of my jewelry AND instant payment! Unvault was an excellent, no-brainer and friction-free way to unlock the value of old gold and silver jewelry I didn't need (including broken and half-missing pieces of gold jewelry). I was instead able use it toward gold jewelry I can use. The Unvault team truly made it entirely friction-free for me to do this, and most of all I could trust I was getting fair pricing. If you're looking for reliable, instant valuation and transparent pricing, look no further than Unvault.

So easy. I highly recommend.

This was a very easy way to sell unwanted items and get fast response and payout.

Unvault was a seamless and transparent way of selling my OG engagement ring. Instead of leaving it just lying around, I got a decent few bucks back by sending my ring in using their (free for me) prepaid label. I appreciated them sharing the video of the evaluation conducted on the ring and once I agreed to their offer, payout was seamless.

The entire process was easy from shipping to payout. The offer I got was as expected. I will definitely do it again!

They were very transparent about their process.

I had a genuinely smooth and transparent experience with Unvault from start to finish. After answering a few simple questions and uploading photos of my jewelry, I quickly received an initial estimate.

Shipping was easy—they provided a prepaid FedEx label, and I felt comfortable sending my items in. What really stood out was their transparency: they sent a video showing the unboxing, inspection, and pricing process. Along with that, they included clear documentation explaining how they arrived at their offer.

There’s no pressure either—if you don’t agree with the price, they’ll return your jewelry free of charge. If you do accept, the payment process is straightforward: just reply to the email, and the funds are deposited directly into your bank account via Stripe.

Overall, the process was fast, simple, and trustworthy. I’d definitely use Unvault again.

Amazing! I had many questions and they answered every one in detail and quickly. If you want to sell your gold…this is the place to do it.

6 stars if I could easy seamless transparent process.
