First time trying and so far I'm impressed.

I would highly recommend it , it was so quick to get an estimate by just uploading a picture and once i sent it and it got evaluated the offer i got was so good i accepted it and later that day i got deposited 👍 i am so satisfied .

this was so fast and easy, and everything explained clearly. I will sell more of my jewelry through here, and prepaid insured shipping labels made this so easy.

No Problem at all Took some photos of the ring uploaded and had an offer in a few seconds. I accepted the offer they sent me a Fedex Label I shipped it they stayed in touch the whole way. Then when they receive it they evaluated it and game me more. Great experience all the way around! I will be back!

Super easy to use and understand the process. The communication from Unvault eased my concerns with selling my jewelry this way. I've always been leary of using this type of transaction but not now. I would recommend Unvault to anyone!

Before selling on Unvault I attempted selling my unworn jewelry and it was a total hassle. Unvault made the process so easy, quick, and fair. I’m gathering another pile to begin my next transaction.

Well, everything seems to be going fine. I evaluated your evaluation of my jewelry i sent in four different kits, which was evaluated on your site. I don't know that much about the jewelry because I buy it at the state sales in bulk i got a phone call that said they went through 2 or 3 pieces. They were not going to go through the rest. Can I ask them to send it all back mind you?It was evaluated there unvault site i just told him to send it all back. He said he wasn't going to go through any more of my jewelry that I sense and I said, okay, send it all back. I took photos of everything every package that gave me every small package with what they wanted me to send.i am waiting to see if I get all my jewelry back .

Top notch customer service! I liked the fact they send you a step by step video every step of the way once they recieve your package! Very transparent in every step of the way. They even let me use Paypal as an option for payout. No issues at all! Will definitely use their services again!

Unvault was fantastic! I sold several peices of jewelry that I never wore or were broken, 9 pieces in all. They were very fair with their evaluation and in some cases I got more than I was expecting for certain pieces. I would highly recommend them, the entire process was fast, efficient and trustworthy.

Unvault was quite efficient and the valuation process occurred in the timeframe described on the company’s website. I had received a local offer from a trusted jewelers for my gold necklace, and the Unvault offer exceeded the local offer. It is certainly worth obtaining an offer from Unvault, as the company is both professional and fair in its dealings.

I was hesitant to try out this service but it has been a game changer and so helpful! I had jewelry passed down from family and had no idea what was real or worth anything. In the end I've received a great return - able to determine what I want to keep, sell things I didn't to Unvault, and know what to donate. They have been honest and fast and highly communicative.

I definitely got what I thought I was going to get took a little bit longer than I wanted, but was definitely worth the wait for the security of my jewelry. Would definitely use them again.

Process was easy and was surprised with my final offer. Really helped me when I needed it most!! Thank you Unvault

It was an easy process. The website is easy to navigate and they gave me a great price. I would recommend everyone to sell your jewelry here. They are with you every step of the way.

Found the entire process to be very transparent and easy. Also, very satisfied with the price I was offered - unvault offered me the highest valuation compared to all other options I was considering.

Fast turnaround and fair pricing. Shows video of testing. Will used again.

From sending my pieces out to the final appraisal everything was quick, easy, and super transparent! Videos for each item helped understand the process and how the final valuation was made. I would use them again!
