Beautiful wares!

I like the items offered on Unlogical Poem ... but can't afford to pay full price. I do like the Rabbit bag I ordered but the chain strap looks rather cheap. I plan on substituting it with same-color velvet ribbon if I can find suitable material.

Beautiful piece

Product is beautiful, exactly as pictured and nice quality. Had a little trouble with the delivery, took about a month to arrive but once I got in contact with the company they were helpful and followed up to make sure I did receive it. I would order from here again but leave enough time if you're planning on purchasing anything for a gift.

Disappointed

Ordered a jacket that was supposed to be medium and received something so small it was more likely XS, tiny. Have purchased items before and very satisfied, but not this time. Clothing needs to be sized properly.

Each product page clearly displays the specific data of the product size we actually measured, so each customer can consider whether it is suitable for him or her before purchasing. Because it is measured manually, there will be an error of 2-3cm, please understand.
Based on what we have communicated, we will move forward with your refund as soon as possible upon receipt of your return.
We are very sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience. Will give feedback to the product department and we will improve it in the future.
