Pretty sweater a little lower quality…

The sweater was a little lower quality than I was expecting. The fabric wasn't as soft or well made but the embroidery is beautiful and I do like the sweater. It arrived in 14 days as promised.

I ecpected better quality

Unfortunately the quality of the dress is not what I ecpected it to be because of the high price. I am diappointed about that. Also it took very long until it arrived. The design is nice.

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. The dress you bought is made of chiffon, which we have stated in the product title and material; chiffon is a relatively soft and light fabric, comfortable to wear, you can check from our detailed model pictures and product pictures:) If you have any questions before purchasing, please feel free to email us unlogicalpoem@gmail.com, we are very happy to serve for you. Thank you ❤️

Happy!

Wasn’t too sure about ordering because I hadn’t heard of this site before and could t see any reviews, but I ordered and it arrived and I adore it. Have received many compliments and will definitely order again. It’d be great for a currency exchange option when searching though :)

I have been trying to cancel my order…

I have been trying to cancel my order since 5 minutes after it was made and have not heard anything from the company, it was made without my knowledge and I’m terrified that I’ll never hear from them.

It’s made in China

It’s made in China, I m really disappointed, the forced labour camp, extremely poor human right there is intolerable. Buying things from the country makes me feel like I am taking part of these acts

Hi, yes, our products are made in China, but we haven’t heard of it and what you said didn’t happen in our production, I feel so sad for you being misled by unfounded news reports. I checked that your order was signed for a week ago, our online store has a 30-day return policy; if the products are still brand new, pls check the return policy of our online store: https://unlogicalpoem.store/pages /shipping-policy.
