Complete waste of money miserable I couldn’t even beg the kids to go back today. We only spent a half a day yesterday so many people you couldn’t do anything could I had to go to the bathroom without waiting 20 minutes?

Don’t take the V.I.P package. IT’s stealing during the day without white glove. NEVER go there. The staff is stupid and your presence is a losing time for them !!!!!

Go to Disney World without thinking !!! Staff is smiling and the Disney+ is the best to wait maximum 15-20 minutes / roller-coster in the lightning lane.

You pay a small fortune as per any amusement park but if your a smoker prepare to be discriminated against. You will get a ticket but once you leave the park you can't re-enter and their is no designated smoking areas inside the park. It's all good if the discrimination goes the other way with cultures, ethnicity or sexualality but it's the same discrination against all smokers.

I’m sadly writing this review on my birthday vacation. We decided to stay at a Universal partner hotel and choose a 2 park ticket which came with 2 days free. We thought this was a good deal considering the price but it’s actually only a $10 difference so don’t be fooled by the marketing. We went 2 days to the parks and don’t even want to return for the next 2 because of just how bad our experience was. On the first day we went to Universal Studios and several rides were shut down throughout the day including my favorite the Mummy. I tried to have interactions with the workers and they literally treated me like swine. I asked to sit in the front row and literally was laughed at. I’ve never been treated so terribly by people working at a theme park. We thought no big deal, tomorrow (my birthday) will be better, but boy we’re we wrong. The second day we went to Island of Adventure with early admission which was a joke because Hagrid’s ride was down and only one ride was available so totally not worth waking up at 6am for garbage. No biggie right? Wrong. Throughout the day 5-6 more rides were down and their slogan is “we don’t know when it’s going to be back” which is so ridiculous for the amount we pay to come here. Oh wait, I forgot to mention Hagrid’s ride broke down while we were on it!! We were terrified sitting there since we’ve never rode it before and we’re stuck in a tunnel thinking someone was going to crash on top of us. We got off the ride and to my surprise none of the workers even acknowledged that the ride broke. I had to ask if that was normal and they were again rude and said obviously not but you can ride again if you want?! I just can’t believe the customer service here, it’s absolute garbage. They don’t care who you are, how much you paid, if it’s your birthday, just about your wallet. We decided to leave at 3pm, 5 hours early because of how bad our time was. When we got home I decided to call customer service (on my birthday) and stayed on the line for 45 minutes where I was told the refund process is really tough without even hearing what I was going to say. I was then offered more park tickets which I clearly do not want since I already have 2 days left and I’m not interested in stepping foot on their property ever again. After going back and forth on their obvious scale of refunds, we were offered a $10 refund because that was the difference in the deal we purchased which we would have never bought in the first place if they didn’t make it an obvious decision that it was a better deal. We then we’re offered a Hagrid fast pass which I told the rep that we would not ride since we got stuck on it!! She came back again to give me $50 to a restaurant which will probably cover 20% of a meal there. I told her $50 was clearly not enough, after being put on hold for the 5th time she came back and said how about $75? I literally laughed and said wow $25 more?! This company is an absolute joke! They are very greedy and I will never return. I will go to Disney from now on where my money is valued and I am treated with respect from the moment I walk in the park. No rides are ever closed at Disney and I promise you, you will leave a lot happier and stay the entire time there.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Universal studios and island of adventure have no interest in the customer, it’s all about making money. We have not long returned and found the parks to be way too busy and even the express lines meant a lengthy wait. There was very little shade In the parks in comparison to Disney who made sure there was lots of shade and air conditioning whilst waiting in line.
Overall very disappointing and expensive when u look at the amount of rides you actually get to experience vs the amount of time queuing and that’s after we purchased the expensive express option.

Very lively evening at City Walk! Loved all the shops, restaurants, and food vendors all smushed together near the big silver globe at the entrance. It was just the homecoming fanfare I was looking for when I finally got to the hotel across the street in LA.

Absolutely amazing place! All the rides are amazing but the Jurassic World ride and WayerWorld experience are a cut above. You get to meet the cast of WaterWorld after the show too which is a must! You also meet Megatron and Blue the Raptor too who are amazing in themselves! The Krusty Burger is a delicious lunch too! 😊

Honestly the park didn't have many people in it but it was still fun experience overall. I would definitely go back again maybe once their business has picked up a little bit again in a year or so and more is available.

Kids loved it! My kids enjoyed Universal Studios the most of all the theme parks we visited. Fun rides even for adults.

This place was amazing, very fun rides and great places to eat. Only down side is how busy the place is however that isn't the parks fault.

Der burde være begrænsning på antallet af mennekser, der får adgang til parken på samme dag. Nogle forlystelser havde over fire timers kø! Vi brugte en dag der, hvor vi endte med at stå i kø i over 7 timer sammenlagt, og kun nåede 5 aktiviteter, fordi køerne var så lange. Slet ikke optimalt til prisen og spild af en god feriedag.

Hard sell on the tickets, slow line, not all windows opened. No sun shade when going through the turnstiles . was nice and clean and lots of toilets
