How can I give more than one star when I haven’t even received my orders?!

I ordered a medication from Universal Chemist November 26, 2021 and received an email 11/29/21 that the shipment was on the way, however, tracking history has not changed since 12/01/21 when it was “processed through facility Mumbai Parcels, India.” No email updates since then either.

I haven't received my package yet.

Ordered 4 weeks ago. It says it has been shipped but no progress and no updates.

I love the fact that I am able to purchase prescription-strength skincare products at a great price at Universal Chemist. Shipping to the United States was faster than I expected. However, I was fairly disappointed in the quality of the products, especially the Hydroquinone. When I opened the tube, it had an awful chemical smell. It smelled exactly like the chemicals that are used when you get a perm at the hair salon. I have purchased Hydroquinone from my local pharmacy many times, and it has never had an odor of any kind; so I know the one from Universal Chemist is defective in some way. I am afraid to use this on my skin. It also makes me skeptical about the other products that I purchased, as it is highly probable that the ingredients in the tubes aren’t what they claim to be. Unfortunately, I am going to have to purchase these types of products from a different company in the future unless Universal Chemist can rectify this and assure me that their products are legitimate.

Both packages arrived in excellent condition.

This is a good source for pharmaceuticals that are hard, or impossible, to get in the US. Their prices are good, but you have to endure the shipping delays of getting something from India. If they could find a faster shipping process to the States, I would give them 5 Stars.

At this point I’m concerned I may not get my product! It’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order and it appears to still be stuck in “preparing for shipment”! There is no way to contact the company that I can find. Very concerned.

Ordering from Universal Chemist was straightforward. Product is as described, pricing was more than fair, and 15 days order-to-arrival is quite impressive for an international order. The order tracking was largely useless, but that is on the delivery organization, and not on Universal Chemist.

Has good products for needs, came a bit quicker than I expected this time around, too. This was the 2nd time and it was even better than the first "test" order I did in July/August this year. Will use for more down the line.
