My second purchase in a month. The seller sends the product straight away as you can tell by the tracking. First purchase was held up at the airport for a week or so through no fault of the seller. Second purchase arrived to my home in Australia today a mere 10 days after purchase! Product is legit with good expiry. I will continue to buy from Universal Chemist!!

After you order it usually takes a few days to get the tracking, then a few days for it to start moving, but you get it within a decent amount of time. It took exactly 14 days from the day I ordered it to receive it in the mail.

Great experience! I was able to find what I needed easily and for a reasonable price. Everything shipped in a timely manner and arrived just as I'd hoped! I will continue to do business here!

I am a returning customer and have been using Universal Chemist regularly for the last 18 months. I find Rajesh to be incredibly professional and conscientious and he will always endeavor to provide the fastest safest service he can. The products are absolutely genuine legit items with good long expiration dates, which I definitely appreciate. Items are shipped in a well packed manner with as little bulk packaging as possible. I’ve never had a problem with my shipments going missing and I’ve made at least 9 orders so far.
I notice other people that don’t understand it takes 3-4 weeks to ship items via airmail from India, and that’s a shame because if you have realistic expectations, then you will not be dissatisfied.

I ordered my pills in February and in march they came! Very happy!!

I’ve been waiting a month, and still haven’t received my order!

Placed my order on January, 2022 and on February 15 it seemed to just stopped moving through the mail system. On March 12 I opened a claim with my local post office and then I contacted universal chemist and asked them to open an international claim. They asked me to wait two days to look into the matter and said I would get my package or they would refund my money. I didn’t hear back after 6 days so I emailed again on March 18 and asked if there was an update on my package. They told me they had raised the query with India Post and they were awaiting reply from them. I didn’t hear back so I emailed them again on March 25 telling them it’s obvious my package is lost and asked for a refund. They emailed me back the next day and asked for my PayPal info so they could refund me. I sent them my info and they never issued the refund. I ended up opening a claim through PayPal and they immediately emailed me back telling me they’ve issued a refund through PayPal and I should receive it in a few hours. I waited all day and still no refund. Now I’m forced to escalate the issue to PayPal. I would never buy from them again.

I finally received a refund from PayPal after I escalated my case with universal chemist, who sent me an email telling me they were having a problem refunding my payment through PayPal. Glad it’s over, it should have never taken so long to resolve!

All arrived as expected. I am happy with the service I received. Shipping took about 3 weeks for product to arrive going through customs. Will use again.

I ordered several tubes of tretinoin cream and gel. Everything arrived within a few weeks without any issues with payment. I really liked how I could pay through Paypal with either my debit or credit card, and I didn't have to provide any personal information like my physical characteristics or my bank account. The payment was easy and the tubes are so much cheaper than what I would get in my country (even with insurance). The tubes are also hygienic and the formulas are effective. The tretinoin cream had a metal seal that you had to pierce to open, while the tretinoin microsphere gel came in boxes that were sealed with stickers. I am so glad I discovered this website and will be using it to order tretinoin from now on.

My package has not even been received by the usps yet (placed ~3-4 weeks ago). I will update if I ever actually receive my package, but otherwise will be requesting my money back.

UPDATE:
It got here! It did take quite a long time to get here (~6 weeks), but everything was accurate and high quality. Will purchase from here again.

Very suspicious… money was sitting around in my card unprocessed for days and the very night I asked for a refund, they claimed the money from my card.

Also, method of shipping should be EMS which only takes a few days (that’s why 30USD???) as stated in checkout but they use snail surface mail which takes 3 weeks and would cost half the amount.
Would not recommend due to lack of transparency on shipping process.

I was skeptical about purchasing from an online pharmacy, however, my experience was positive. The product is genuine and is working as described.
