Universal Solder is awesome
Universal Solder is awesome. The website is easy to use, they have the products I want and the standard delivery time is acceptable. I love the fact that they are in Ontario and I can get the products I want for a reasonable price and I don't have to wait for 6 weeks for the product to come from China. They are my first stop when looking for parts.

Really great having a Canadian source for parts, shipping quickly for a decent price too. Plenty of parts that a local chain doesn't carry as regular stock.

Great packaging
The packing of the modules was way better than what I would expect.
Great to see the parts in little plastic containers.
My trusted source for local Arduino supply.

I've used U/S a few times and always received exactly what I ordered quickly. My only complaint relates to my most recent order -- it appears to be lost in the mail. Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Canada Post can be very slow, but 99.9% will arrive eventually. Please contact our support to figure out how we can assist you in case your order is not arriving at all.

Svar fra UNIVERSAL-SOLDER Electronics Ltd
No problem to offer UPS shipping as well. But the vast majority of our customers is looking for great deals. They buy our parts for 5 CAD instead of a similar product from Adafruit or Mouser for 15 CAD. And they prefer to pay less than 5 CAD for Canada Post shipping, instead of paying 25 CAD for UPS. We can't see why it should be our fault that you think Canada Post delivery is too slow.
Fast and cheap shipping, great service, fair pricing
Fast and cheap delivery, great service, fair pricing. I live in Toronto, so Universal Solder moving to Ontario definitely worked in my favour :-)
