There is not even one star. Worst support. No phone number. No one can reach them. Product not delivered to me. Cheated my money. How to complaint these type of cyber frauds

Worst Website to ever purchase from. You order a particular product and they send som erandom stuff and except you to be okay with it. No Customer Support and No Phoen Number to reach out to.

I purchased vacuum cleaners from Unikbuy on Dec 4th 2025. It took a long time for them to acknowledge my order. After several follow ups by email and WhatsApp their reply on email on the 6th of Jan was " Dear Sir,
Kindly wait i will check with our supplier and share order status soon"

After in spite of follow ups there no reply whatsoever. This is the first time I am coming across such a fraudulent company who just ignores the emails received from their clients. I hope the authorities shuts down this company before more clients fall prey.

I have ordered item from this website .no response from seller i send many mails to seller. After 45 days material received without invoice. No gst claim. Beware of this seller

hii i have bought knucle foot pegs for iron 883 harley davidson i ordered on 18 th october and it came dec 16 th so almost 3 months i lots hope its going to come but it came. rewieves are bad but product gelot delivered

It's not a fake e -commerce platform. But delivery takes long time. I received the product after a month. Its better to provide a customer care platform to review or to track the order because existing customer care number doesn't work.

There is no option of return and sorce of refund and contact I'll complaint against you in cyber fraud

I have ordered imported hose on uniqbuy since 1 months material not received.even material dispatch mail not received. customer care no +91 94877 13306 out of service.i contact on WhatsApp but message not seen .I mail many times but no response.its fake web site .don't buy any product from this website.

3rd class product & service, they took an entire month to deliver a flimsy product only to never pick up the call and pick back the order… Need my refund but their no. Is always switched off, no reply on email ID.. Absolute fraud

Horrible shopping experience, absolute worst. I ordered replacement lids on this website for my jars on March 13th and received them more than a month later. The lids i received were defective (bent and plates were smaller) so they did not fit my jars. Then i tried returning the product and even though their website states 14 day return policy, i didn’t receive any legit response or resolution from their support email. Infact they told me it is hard to convince suppliers and then went radio silent on me. I tried contacting them on phone as well but still no response. This is a total scam. They have not returned, offered a replacement or given me a refund on a defective product. Don’t ever buy from this site. I am out of Rs. 1700 and still have useless lids i have no use for. My original jars still need lids that would work.
