It's a great experience. I loved the service expect the custom clearance part made in my shipment. Its better to have custom charges upfront or try to sent to local provider not through DHL that cost double the product cost due to there own additional charges.

They sent a complete different item than what we ordered. I had ordered a Timberland PRO Mens Hood Honcho Sport Reflective
Sweatshirt XXL and what was sent was some unbranded sweatshirt. I have been cheated and will never buy from this website. I paid INR 4,870.00 for the item and INR 3,476.00 towards Custom Duty.

Your site and buying experience was very good.
One suggestion which I must give that buyer should have choice of courier/ delivery agencies. Monopoly is inversely proportional to customer satisfaction. We are taken for granted.
You may have agreements with at least two courier/delivery agencies which create healthy competition

Good Service, prompt dispatch and delivery of the product, but customs clearance and procedure is cumbersome and time consuming which delayed the delivery inspite of our request for express delivery.

They charge a bomb in terms of shipping cost and customs. Sometime these costs are more than the product itself
Prefer using desertcart or distausa websites for much cheaper delivery.
