Mr. Santiago was really patient. We got disconnected twice due to WI-FI issues on my side and he still came back to continue where we left. We were supposed to have a 30 minute call but it took almost an hour and for that I'm truly grateful. He was also very knowledgeable and helped me fill my forms comfortably with no stress.
