Great product
Great product! The mesh rubber strap is very flexible and comfortable on the wrist. I had an issue with the clasp and Matt fixed it right away.

Thank you for your review. I have to admit, it was rather unexpected.
During our correspondence you described the strap quality as "great", the material as "absolutely incredible", said, "You don't have to refund me. I would love to give it another shot," requested another strap, and even chose a replacement colour because you believed the issue was simply a manufacturing defect.
I refunded you in full, told you there was no need to return the strap, gave you a 20% discount code, then inspected every remaining strap. Once I confirmed the keeper arrangement was consistent across the entire range, I withdrew the product line from sale rather than send you another strap with the same issue.
I completely accept your criticism of the keeper design. That's exactly why the product was withdrawn. What I struggle to reconcile is how "the strap quality is great" and "the strap material is absolutely incredible" became "fell apart right out of the box."
Nevertheless, thank you for bringing the issue to my attention. I can only admire your ability not to let the correspondence influence your recollection.

12 straps or clasps ordered so far and more on the horizon. I have said all I can say about the design a quality of Matt’s straps and hardware. A multiple returning customer is the best review. This new Contour strap is a great new design, which I hope to get more of. Feels soft on the wrist and adds to the pleasure of wearing any watch it’s paired with, currently my Beaucroft Rebel Black, which already had a fantastic UTC as supplied. Strap on! and keep ‘em coming.

Website was easy to navigate and the product was thoughtfully packaged with a nice note giving it a personal touch. Domestic customers, beware of email from Under The Cuff going to your junk folder.

Very impressed with the product
Very impressed with the product, the strap looks great and feels like it is really good quality, and it was really easy to cut to the right size. The clasp is excellent - it looks clean and functions perfectly. Really nice touch to get a handwritten note from the owner thanking me for the purchase as well. I will certainly order from the Under the Cuff again, don't hesitate if you're on the fence about making a purchase!

I always aim to ensure my products meet expectations, and would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve this issue for you. However, I didn’t receive any direct contact from you regarding the concerns you’ve mentioned, nor were any photos provided for us to investigate further.
Please note, all 22mm straps are shipped with correctly matched 22mm spring bars, and it’s unfeasible for an incorrect size to be included. That said, if something was amiss, we absolutely would have been happy to correct it, whether through a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
