I am currently in a dispute with them as I ordered a product back in August 2025 and now here it is at the beginning of November and I still have not received the product. I contacted the company via email on three separate occasions and received the same response each time. The response was that they are very busy, behind in fulfilling ordered and are taking steps to catch up. The ironic thing was when I informed them I filed a dispute with my credit card company all of a sudden they came back and said the product was delivered to my mailbox. Do not order from this company as they are a complete fraud.
