Excellent service from first contact…
Excellent service from first contact with Tony in the Chorley showroom to final installation.
We managed to squeeze in the six drawer unit and keep our walk in cupboard which has now rationalised our storage options and freed up the hallway.
Big shout out to Adam our fitter who took time to get the installation perfect and to out complete satisfaction.
Would definitely recommend Understairs (and if possible ask for Adam to do the fitting!)

Excellent company, great storage!
After thinking about needing more storage for a while, we heard about Giobella from family who had used the company and had been really impressed.
Excellent service from start to finish.
We initially visited the store to chat things through, and then Nick came to measure up and explain everything.
Both Nick and Paul who fitted the units were friendly, professional and completed all work with an attention to detail.
The house is so much tidier :-)
Lots of room for shoes, ironing board and coats etc
Excellent company, would 100% recommend them.

Great Company
We contacted Giobella to install our understairs cupboards. From start to finish we found all staff to be polite and accommodating. Tony quoted us for the work and explained everything fully and communicated well throughout the whole process. Paul, who worked on the installation was great, he was a very tidy and meticulous worker, and had good suggestions for any slight difficulties. He cleaned up well each day after finishing. The product itself is high quality and sturdy. We picked the Urban range in Sage Green and it looks lovely. We have no hesitation in recommending Giobella.

Great Experience with Tony & Adam! Love our understairs storage!
Experience from beginning with Tony was brilliant bringing various samples of finishes and explaining the process to us. Tony got in touch in the days leading up to the fitting day to check in which was reassuring not having to chase up that things were still good to go ahead. Our fitter Adam came on Tuesday who was very friendly and again explained things to us as he went along which was much appreciated. Completed the job in 1 day, kept place very tidy, was polite and professional throughout, his craftsmanship was amazing. We love the final product and couldn’t be more grateful to all of the team at Giobella, thank you guys!

Great team. Great installation.
The team were great to work with. Nick coming up to quote us, guiding us on how to maximise the space we have, and how to use it best. Slight mishap on scheduling the install; more than made up for by going the extra mile and coming to us on Easter Monday. Adam our joiner worked hard, meticulously, to an exacting degree on the install not settling for imperfections. Adam was a gracious, considerate, and affable person. We would highly recommend him as your installer. Great team. Very customer focused.

Fantastic units and loads of storage
After much research into companies who do the under stairs storage solutions I decided the company who seemed to be head and shoulders above the rest was Giobella. I had the units fitted today by Adam and he did a fantastic job. Real attention to detail and brilliant customer service. The space now has loads of storage capacity and looks great. I had chosen the high gloss fronts and they were the perfect finish, I love the look. I really don’t know why I didn’t get this done sooner.
